I have been using buymeds for 6 months now and no problems. I just went to the site to order a new medication and filled out all the info, when I hit submit it told me to enter a valid email address, well when you click on the "billing info same as address info" tab it has a place to put the email address but under "step 1" their is an email field but no place to fill it in. Has anyone else seen this?
Also, since it is a new med but I am an existing customer does anyone think they will make me supply records? I really don't have any and was hoping that since I have ordered from them a bunch before that they would ship it out ok. Any ideas?

Ok, so my goof, when I went back to the page and selected my medication I had to sign in as an existing customer and it had the field filled in. One last question, It had a few places to request a consult since it wasn't a refill. Do I need to go through this since I am already an existing customer or can it go through as easy as the re-fills do?

You will not have to do anything but order, as you are an existing customer.
It will take about 3 working days to get your meds and as I've always said around this board, Buy you meds where you like, just so you get some pain relief.
Anymore questions feel free to PM me as I have used them as a back up for 9 or 10 months.

Right on, whatever works for you. The meds may be pricey, but there is no consult fee (whether they give you one or not), so if you just need something once in a while, it's not all THAT horrible. I switched meds after my first order and it was seemless. They used to be overnight and now they are not, but they do deliver eventually. I do get the feeling they might be getting stricter...let us boardies know if you end up having a phone consult, are asked for records, etc. Pinkie

I got an refill reminder from buymeds on 1-28, I went to their site and filled in the refill form. I got an email thanking me for the order but also stated that I needed to fax them my mediacl records and set up a consult with the doc. Later that night I got another email, this time saying the doctor approved,no records needed nor phone consult, it then went to the pharmacy and within 2-3 hrs I received a tracking # email. This morning by 11 FedX pulled up and I received the meds. I ordered the 2 day pack in shipping, so in all from the time I placed the refill order (appox 2pm 1-28} until I received the meds was like 20hrs!!!!! Fastest ever by far!!!! The meds came from a pharmy in Huston TX. this time instead of Miami.

You are lucky. My cousin got her refill notification last Friday. She waited untill Monday, the 26th, to order. It is still showing "in Dr review." She's pretty PO'd. Her logic, which I share also, is that they solicited her for the refill, telling her it was time, so they should be on the ball as far as approval, shipping, or even a consultation. Now they haven't even bothered to call or anything. Very poor CS, but we've all known that. She can't even get anyone to talk to her on the phone. I keep telling her to get her records and go with MVW or NWW.

I beleive at buymeds if you are ordering a different medication then the first one you have to submit all new physical form. And go through the whole process just like the first time. I just got my refill and had to fax in my medical forms again. same forms but they asked to see them a second time. after that no problems , i had my medication the next day. Karen

thanks everyone! I am due for a refill soon so hopefully it goes smooth, I guess I won't even bother trying to order a new med as I don't have records.

if you can stick with the same med, makes it faster and easier. no one seems to like buymeds but i never ever had a problem with them. they are expensive but no consult fee. and the service has been great so if it not broke don't fix it.

Just to throw out my 2 cents..
I placed a refill, in which they solicited, over the weekend. It is now Tuesday evening and it is still in the "review" category for the doctor to approve it. Either they are backed up as usual, or they are becoming stricter.
I'll let you guys know.

They are getting strict, My best friend ordered from them about 2 weeks ago and the DR DID call her and ask her to fax records, he said the new law of 2004 to have records and I think they only have one DR working for them DR.AV****

My refill is just sitting there like yours. I agree there's at least one other doc on the job (beans and ****).
