well, what a relief. having just moved after the holidays and leaving my old doctor behind on the east coast, i thought i'd give this a try (minus records that are catching up to me). searching for an understanding doctor while you work is a hard thing to do.
well, recieving the go ahead for my consult today @ 9am, i tried calling till the busy signal was too much to handle.
called customer service and was patched through to the doctor.
a friendly call that took place for 10 minutes and was prescribed my meds with shippment today.
very nice place...

I'm very happy for you and I wish you the best of luck with everything, including the adjustment of your recent move.

Hi selekta and welcome to the boards!
Would you mind clarifying just exactly who you mean by n-medication, please? I hope I'm not the only one who isn't sure who you are referring to. (Or is it, "to whom you are referring?" Any English or grammar teachers out there?)
I'm glad all went well for you after the initial frustration. I know how very difficult it is to find a new doctor after a move, much less finding a good, caring one.
Take care, and again, welcome!

I got my order next day FEDEX from lakeridge pharm tho I think they made a mistake with my refill count (callin them tomorrow about it).

i don't know why i didn't recieve any refills, but i'm not too worried.

They always put 0 refills on the bottle. I don't know why, but they do it to just about everyone. You have to call them and they give you some BS excuse why and then they tell you what to do to remedy it. I had to refax my records, even though one of the girls there said that the 1st fax transmission was perfect and clear as a bell. So who knows? It's just a pain in the rear and they should fix that problem before it cost them more customers. Maybe they think it won't raise any red flags if they initially label it with zero refills. As a matter of fact, when I first called them about it, the first word out of the girls mouth was " Oh, you need to refax your records to us to get your refills" and I said, "How did you know I was calling about the refills" and she replied, " I just guessed that's what it was" I thought she was a mind reader or something until I saw here on DB that they have done it to everyone. Who knows????????

I read on one of the other threads , Maybe VIP side , can't remember. Anyway, Rocky, the owner says he puts "0" refills as a security measure. That if for some reason the bottle falls into the wrong hand those hands may try and refill it if it say's anything other than "0". So youre refills are safe and you can email them I beleive at their website to confirm. Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Hoop
