I have read some of the threads, and apparently there was/is a problem. I can't reach Woody's at all I have been trying for 2 days non stop. I am overdue for a refill and had not been reading the board.
How in the world do I get a script transfered if Woody's wont answer their phone??????
Please someone help me out, let me know whats going on. I have killed my phone battery once already trying to call Woody's.
Also YOD is not answering the phone, and I NEED those scripts filled.
Someone please HELP

At this point it might be best to bypass Woody's altogether and contact YOD via fax or e-mail directly. I tried repeatedly to reach YOD by phone yesterday for my second consult, and finally got through, but I think I was really lucky. Since YOD's main source of income is connected to the fax transmissions it's probably the first to be checked and/or answered. Just include all your relevant info so they can get started on the transfer without having to contact you first. I don't think YOD or even Woody's is attempting to avoid anyone they are both just overwhelmed by the volume of business. Good luck, and I hope this helps! hi i have been with woodies for a while now and then it all stops now there telling me the snow storm excuse and sent me too tdi and the last two refills have been short 30 norco 10/325 out of 120 and thats not good service !!!
so i think there now a lost cause or atleast for now.
and i have a refill and i have to go through Best if kept off the board to get it filled and get the 30 pills
A couple of threads down Woody posted that due to the ice storm he was closed. YOD website says do not contact them for refills contact Woodys. Woodys says to email them, ONCE. That they are working extra hard to get to everyone. Just have youre local pharmacy or tell them TDI, BI-Wise and he did say United so maybe they added a pharmacy to pick up the slack. I emailed a little early just to give them time. But I'm sure I'm on the bottom of the list .
