Hello again from Woody Pharmacy,
Currently we are receiving hundreds of emails from people regarding their prescriptions, transfers, questions and comments, and that is wonderful, however, we were closed yesterday due to a snow and ice storm that hit our area and came in late today. We are extremely understaffed today and are trying to handle each and every email and phone call that come in. We do understand that patients are frustrated, confused, and sometimes downright angry at this situation, and we understand, but for us to get through this trying time and handle your prescriptions again, we need you to be patient. Please only send one email with all of your concerns, not four or five on the same topic. We are trying to get to all of them, but it is hard to sort through duplicate emails.
Now, as far as keeping patient medical records, we simply mean that we keep track of the doctor that the patient is using and that the patient has a doctor/patient relationship established. There is no need for concern on that issue. Also, we are still transferring refills, so you need to have your local pharmacy call us or give us directions to send your refills to TDI, Bi-Wise, or United.
This is the last post that I will be able to do today as I am swamped with phone calls and emails. Please do be patient and we will continue to keep you as informed as possible! Thank you to all the encouraging emails, please keep them coming! ...We NEED them!!!...
Thank you,
Woody Pharmacy

I really sympathize with the trouble you folks at Woody's are experiencing - I can only imagine...
Snowflakes, is there anyway you could post an update on the estimated time to fix the problem that is causing these tranfers when you get a chance in the next couple days? My neighbor has a refill coming due next week (and I'm sure hundreds of others do also) and I told her last week that she wouldn't need to worry about transferring it since things were supposed to be fixed last week.
I ended up switching over to Bi-Wise recently with the script from my repeat YOD consult (with 3 refills!). I waited as long as I could since I believed the initial estimate of 7 to 10 days from 1/13 to fix things and wanted to keep using Woody's. (Bi-Wise turned out great BTW - only $5 more than Woody's with overnight shipping factored in - highly recommended).
Thanks in advance for any update on timing you can provide..

I totally agree with everyone else about Woody's letting us know what's going on.They are trying hard to get the refills done.I've never seen a pharmacy online that let's you know what's going on and cares for their customers concerns the way they do.Most of them just keep you wondering. Thanks Woody's.
