Do they usually send an email when a second consult is due? I am due for one and was just wondering. Is the process any more stream-lined for someone getting another consult?
Any info would be appreciated.

They SHOULD email you that you can request a new consult. And the actual consult should be just as painless as the first one, I'd say 2 minutes, tops.

Yes they do send you an email reminding you that you are ready for a re-consult.
