Thank you for your patience. I hope that your consult went well. After 2 days of scrutinizing your account's transactions I still can not figure out how we did not get you your consult. I have the IT team, checking for bugs, in our back end. This is probably the best example of why we do not accept records as attachments. I know that there is a definate need, but the security risks, seem to outway (these are sensitive documents), the need. So we will continue to fax for now.
Please tell Kinko's we apologize!
Have a nice weekend; Kim isn't here, and I am on my own, so bare with me.

Dec 28 was a Sunday, so you definately wouldn't have had a consult; I can generate Dec 29 schedules, and would be happy to look into this. I will need you to PM me, and give me your information. I gave Kimberly the weekend off, since she answered, and worked all of last weekend, but I am more than happy to take care of you.
Awaiting your reply

Chris,
Another person on this board used Kinko's because they live in the boondocks. I live in a large metropolitan area and faxed the records to you from my office. I think some of the confusion was linked to the time of year but honestly, it made me sick to see so many other people crowing about getting their meds so quickly .
The consult went well. Again, I appreciate the personal attention I received from you.

In reply to gotadoit about choosing doctor for consult: "The IT team is developing that function currently, I also have more available, all of whom so far, are doing quite a nice job (the posts are favourable). We will have a total of 5-6 (too tired to count on my fingers) by the quarter's end.
If you are more comfortable with one more than another, call CS before your consult, or send an e-mail; I can't imagine why we couldn't accomodate anyone, as long as we know, who you prefer.
We have 2 female DRs on board, starting in the next couple of weeks.
Hope this helps."

That really would be a great option, good to know someplace is working to make things easier and less stressful for one who suffers from pain.

I used NWW last year. It was kind of serendipity--I had scheduled a consult with 1stMeds but we all either know or have experienced how they can be. I had scheduled, consulted, and received my meds and 1stMeds *still* thought I was one of their's. Actually, Dr D didn't even know what OP he was supposed to be calling from.
NWW was a breeze after that. And now you offer a choice of pharmacies? That's a great idea. I'm wondering, with all of the changes implemented, are you considering a 3rd refill, or is that a legal issue in the states where you dispense/ prescribe. Also, is there any chance of raising that 90-a-month ceiling (maybe it has been and I missed it--if so, kudos!). Even in the old days I thought NWW was a great model and continue to recommend you to people who don't have to time to fuss with a lot of paperwork, but ultimately I had to switch OPs because 3 pills a day wasn't-isn't sufficient for me, or for a lot of folks.. Now, eventually I was lucky enough to get on a program of pain prescriptions in my own hometown this summer (unluckily my only insurance right now is Medicaid, so I'm going through not only some monster with drawals, but also really hurting), but I have the number a a local practice that's taking new patients, including medicaid.
Anyway, my point is, NWW is good people and deserve to be serving the most in need. 1 pill every 8 hours quite a stretch. Maybe some folks don't need 'em when they're asleep. Bless their hearts But some conditions, it seems, especially if they involve the spine, head, or shoulders, will need to take a 4th pill befpre sleep.

Toe,
I will post on the 90/120ct in a couple of days. This is a priority subject, and quite valid; I do hear you. I am sorry for your discomfort.
Respectfully,

Agree with you totally Toe - been wondering how you were doing, doesn't seem like you've been posting much lately?
Anyway, I posed the same question, about the 120 count and/or 3 refills - I sure hope they could do both but I understand if they can't due to laws/regulations in their area.
I would love to use NWW with their new doctors and pharmacies, but I also require more than 3 pills a day - no way.
Anyway, Chris we all look forward to your upcoming announcement and hope it's good news. It's all good news anyway, but those would be nice additions and I think you'd get more business. I know I would be coming back to you.
