Update. NOTHING. I received an email on the 14th with parcel solutions tracking number, but the darn thing never left. it's now the 16th and they are telling me that it never went out. I'm on the phone right now with Lakeridge Pharmacy and they are telling me they were out of stock on meds. I asked that they send for Saturday delivery and she said it was impossible. they will not even help me find my package to change it to saturday. WHAT A MISTAKE I MADE HERE. I can't belive it. Anyone else with this problem now?

I PM'd you with my info. Thanks for your help. All I need is for them to find my package and mark it for Saturday delivery since it's was to be sent out on the 14th and then on the 15th and now they say today. Sorry for the wining, but I am leaving the country on Sunday AM. Michelle

Nothing so far - this is very frustrating! I called this morning and they told me that they will re-submit it to the pharmacy and have it procesed to go out for delivery tomorrow. I waited a couple of hours and called back, they told me it would now go out today for delivery on Tuesday becuase Monday is a holiday.
The customer service people here were not helpful at all. They would not transfer me to someone in charge or that seemed willing to help - they just kept patting me on the head until I would go away.

Update -
Got everything this morning via Fedex - Saw that there were 0 refills on the bottle. Will go somewhere else next time - Good Luck!

There is a reason for the "0 refills" note on the bottle, i.e., fax of picture ID wasn't clear or records were cutoff during transmission, something like that. They offer 2 refills just like everyone else. Call them to inquire why and they will work it out for you. The same thing happened to my brother and apparently, only half of his records got to them and the other half was cutoff during the fax. They worked it out for him and he got his two refills. Just call them to get your refills, if you decide not to use them again after that, its your perogative.(sp?)

My bottle said zero refills as well. I called and they got it straight immediately. Refill time for me is the 30th. I'm hoping for the best.

i have a question. i filled out the site today in order to get, hopefully, a monday consult with the doctor. i won't be able to get my records until late next week as my GP is out on vacation for another week and a half. will i have to wait for my records before the doctor will even talk to me? i do have a very bad back condition, and have the records to prove.
should i have waited till i have my records in full? finally, if so, should i cancell my consult till i have the records at hand?
