Does anyone know what this drug is? It's manufactured by Remedia Lab. It is a fairly large white tablet, has 3 lines on one side and an "F" on the other side. Thanks

300 mg. APAP, 8 mg. codeine & 15 mg. caffeine

This pill with 3 lines on one side and an "F" on the other side is called "Fasconal",not Calmant Forte.
Calmant Forte has 20 mgs codeine and Fasconal 10 mgs only.

Actually, I believe this is the 20mg codeine, 50mg phenobarbital and 400mg tylenol. If it came from OurRx4less, that's what it is.
