Yeah that is what mine said for like the first day. Just keeping trying the tracking number and it will tell you when it should be delivered.

Thanks for the responce but as I said mine has said this since the 14th. I got message on the 16th and it still says the same thing so I have no clue whats up. Fritz says it's up to ups and he knows nothing. At this rate with GROUND service being even slower than the post office Lord know when it will arrive (west to east coast) if it EVER gets picked up. Anyone else with similar experience pleae advise.

Yes I tracked mine threw UPS and it was here a day earlier then it was suppose to be and I also live on the east coast. I think it took about 7 days to deliver after I got my tracking #, hope this helps.

Don't worry, my orders and tracking #'s from HLM always say that for about 4 days before it starts tracking. Just keep checking back.

I was just getting ready to write again. It has now been 4 days exactly with no change of status. UPS has had the billing info since the 14th and tell me that only the shipper knows when it will be sent. The shipper (FRANZ) tells me all he gets are the numbers otherwise he knows nothing.

PS Just got to say: Whats with ground shipping?? my last ground package took 5 days to go from Tampa to Denver!!

Well it has now been five days since I got the tracking #'s that don't move and I have talked with Franz : "it's ups fault" and I have talked with UPS : "It's shippers fault" Nobody can tell me when or if pkg was ever picked up....After 5 DAYS!

I believe you knew about his shipping methods when you first placed your order. If had a problem with ground shipping then you should not have placed the order. Have patience and you'll get what you ordered.

Yes it's true I have a problem with ground shipping being too slow, but as you state that is the method and I choose to use it. However ground shipping doesn't mean that you receive a tracking # that hasn't worked for seven (7) days. It may take seven days to travel to you by ground....But my package has been sitting somewhere (nobody claims knowledge of where) without moving at all. This is not my understanding of ground shipping. Was it yours? Has anyone else gotten a tracking number that hasn't tracked for 7 days? That is my problem. NOT GROUND SHIPPING!
I have sent parcels by ground before, they go on a truck and they travel (by ground) to where they are supposed to go Not a problem

Lobster---with HLM, they ALWAYS deliver! I have ordered 5 times from them with no problem. Occasionally, you will get a tracking number, think that it isn't moving, only to find the UPS truck at your door! It happened twice to me, so now I don't even bother checking. It will arrive.

I agree, HLM is great... never had a problem and I don't even worry about tracking my order. I place an order and forget about it and boom it's at my door.

i like them too. I thought they their prices were a bit too steep. Then Fritz recently raised them across the board. Still SLOWWW ground shipping.

Thank you for the recent kind replys. No, package has not been delivered yet and I am working with UPS on it(as much as they will work with you) I will post when it arrives
