I had an order shipped on this Jan 13, it was my first order with them. How do orders get shipped once in the US? Do they arrive USPS by your mail carrier?
Thanks for the help

USPS = mail carrier. Do you mean UPS? Anyway, they come with your regular mail, delivered by your carrier, no signature required. Pinkie

I have never had to sign for my packages from them. They have very good prices & great service in the 6 or so months I have been using them.
USPS... stands for United States Postal Service. Someone correct me if im wrong.

How are you folks paying? Money order? I was checking them out and the order form doesn't seem to be a secure page.

Oh my word, I think you are right about that. About it not being secure. I might have been very slack and taken for granted that it was secure, but it does not seem to be. And I've placed a few orders, successfully, through my credit card. But this is no good if it's not a secure page. Anyone more computer literate have anything to say? I just did a test with blah blah filled in and the whole thing looks insecure to me, no little lock thingie on the bottom, etc. Thanks, Pinkie

Thanks Pinkie,
I've asked companies about this (unsecured pages) a couple of times and have never gotten an answer, maybe because I wasn't an established customer. You all seem to like them so I was curious about MM. If you get any info about them changing to a secure server I hope you will post.

I do like them and their customer service is excellent...but if their page is not secure, than that is not good since it would mean our numbers are going out on the internet without being encrypted, etc. I hope some more technical boardies write back about it...it either is or isn't and I am under the impression that if it doesn't have some kind of lock to show it is secure and not a regular page then it is not secure. I won't even ask them...I am sure they mean well, but that isn't good enough. Hopefully we can figure this out...and if it's true and the page is not secure then I certainly will ask them about it. I did notice it is not like a regular internet store where you pick your items...you have to type them in yourself. Doesn't look good..hope to get some feedback. Pinkie

I never noticed their page wasnt secure. I really love masters they have the best servive & julie is so nice.
I did talk to my credit card company once & they told me your never responsibe for fraud on your card and I have never had a problem but it was nice to be assured by them because I order alot of things like scrapbook supplies & ebay off the internet. I love internet shopping makes it easy on us pain people. Next order im going to ask if they are planning to fix that page.
