Hi...
I know that you guys have seen me post quite a few times, and thanks for all your advice. When I found this site, I really thought it was too good to be true. I am a chronic pain sufferer like all of you, thought I'd go the route and order meds online........Now Im starting to see that I made a big mistake, Please tell me if Im wrong. I sent my m.o. and faxed my med records on 1/12/04 to NWW. Actually I faxed my records twice because they couldn't find the first ones I faxed(((?)) Im totally getting the runaround from CS. I really am totally frustrated, and don't know where to go from here, or what to do next. If anyone could help with this I would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Daisy

Hi Daisy,
I'm sorry that you are getting so frustrated. Seems that you are in good company - many are upset right now with NWW. If you look at the threads under "US docs, ect" there are several about NWW. Look at "we have two new doctors" and "this is Kimberly from NWW". These threads are being monitored by NWW staff and posts answered there. Maybe they will help you. Good luck. If you don't get help from them soon, do a chargeback and move on.

Im starting to think that I have been taken advantage of, It did sound too good to be true. I have already spoken with Kim, and Chris has pm'd me. I was told that a doc would call me sat night at 9pm, never happened. I dont know whats going on, am I the first this has ever happened to?

Don't mean to be a pain, but this is posted in the wrong forum. Don't be surprised if the mods move your post to the US OPs forum.

I don't have any experience with NWW but if they won't come through do a chargebak and go elsewhere! don't let one place get you down, i don't know what I'd do without OP's, if you are in need of pain relief, get it!! It isn't always smooth dealing with op's, but considering what they are doing for us, that is undestandable, don't give up, they are dealing with a lot too. I have used MVW and had a good experience with them, but everyone has different experiences and they are a bit pricey!!

Daisy,
Sorry to hear you are a c.p. sufferer too. If at all possible, do yourself a favor and find a pain management doc to follow (prescribe) your meds. It is a hassle to find the right one, but it is worth your time to do so. The O.P.'s days are numbered, no doubt about it. I have been in the same boat as you are now, and believe me, when you find a doc, the amount of time and energy that you now expend hunting meds, chasing meds, worrying about meds, etc. will be a thing of the past! Just my .02.
