Reel, I definetely agree with you that exercise makes a world of difference in energy level and mood. I never felt better phy. or emotionally than when I walked 1hr every day.But now I hurt so much all the time I just can't make myself get up and go do it even though I know it will help in the long run. How did you get yourself motivated? Tammy

Reel -- I just ate 7 (yes, seven) french fries and 3 bites of a junior burger. So, whadya think? Not only is my "quantity" bad, my "quality" isn't exactly the greatest either.

Ya know, I gotta get off my butt and exercise, which I'm sure would improve my appetite, which I'm SURE would improve my energy - duh!

How DO you get motivated? Most of us here are hard-working folks, in various states of pain conditions, and are just too plum tired to think of going to the gym - ugggh!

I appreciate your insight once again, sweetie!

Janet
