I think you just click on their name. Then there is an 'add to address book' button

or, when writing a PM to them, there is a box that says 'add to address book' and you check it. That's how I do it.

Yes, simply click on their name, it'll take you to their profile, look at the bottom of the page, you will see a link that says add to address book. Easy as pie!
