Somewhere on this forum I saw some positive feedback regarding mypainmeds.com. So I filled out the appropriate form and set up a consult. I requested a consult for the next day, and received it on time. The doctor was friendly and asked my about ten minutes of questions about my condition and prescribed Norco. I then finished what I needed to do on the website and placed the order.

This was Thursday. Since then I haven't received a package or a reply to any of my emails. In fact, I just received a return message saying that the email failed because the recipients email box was full.

Anyone having the same (or different) experiences with mypainmeds? My credit card was charged. I'm wondering if I should be patient or if I should call my credit card company and dispute the charges.

UPDATE: WEDNESDAY 11/26 emails still being returned undeliverable

One last bump....

NOBODY has any experience with mypainmeds.com??? I see all these fantastic posts about tons of differnet OPs, and I can't find anyone who knows anything about the one I happen to be struggling with!

PLEASE!!!! I need to know if I should be patient, call my credit card company, or find another OP.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I personally have not received a consult from this OP, but I did email them the other night in regards to shipping to my state(which was not listed) I finally got an email back from them stating that they did not ship to my state at this time, but to check back with them in January that they would ship to all states by then. I'm hesitant in using an OP that takes a week to email me back a simple answer to a question. Like I've said before in regards to OPs,"If you can't answer questions in a timely manner before I give you my CC info, what makes me think that it will be any different once you've billed me" But, thats just my 2 cents worth.

I had no problem ordering from them and with the holidays I would not expect the order until Tuesday. I would start getting concerned then. I'm sure everyone was off Thursday and maybe Friday.

Talked to them today and they told me several orders went out yesterday, however my order will not be shipped until the 11th because of pharmacy problems.

Yeah, yeah, yeah... I'm starting to think this guys full of c r a p. My order obviously is in the group that didn't go out, either. I had my consult on the 20th ... he's probably stalling to get to 30 days becasue he thinks the credit card company won't go after him after thirty days. Gatorade, when was your consult? It was around the 11th, I'd be very skeptical of this joker.

I got an email apologizing up and down for their problems, but was assured they had "worked everything out" by contrating with two pharms in Florida. Now they tell you they are having "pharmacy problems?" Sounds a little bit like the same song and dance they've been performing for the last three weeks.

Be careful, man... I don't trust this guy as far as I can throw him, which is something I wouldn't mind doing right about now.

I received this email at the beginning of last week:

We at the My Pain Meds wish to extend sincerest apologies to our customers for the delays experienced during our start-up phase. The deluge of orders we received resulted in a severe backlog at the pharmacy. To remedy this situation, we have contracted with an additional pharmacy to process orders and now anticipate that all orders will be filled, shipped and delivered by Saturday, December 6th.

We regret that we are unable to respond to individual email messages regarding delays at this time, however, if you have not received your order by the 6th, please contact us immediately.

Please be assured that we will reply to all questions as expediantly as possible. Thank you for your continued patience. We expect to be operating smoothly and efficiently by the time you place your next order.

My Pain Meds Customer Service

Today would be December 8 and still no word from them. In fact, they aren't answering their phones this morning either.

I called CS this morning, I asked them about my order. First they asked me which state i lived in. I told them it was CA, then they said sorry they can't serve california right now...the lady on the other end sounded like she was making Best if kept off the board up on the fly. I think everybody should stay away.

Orders are supposed to ship today. I spoke with customer service and they told me to call back this evening to get my tracking number.

First of all, I think the number is 612, not 619. I've been told that the pharmacies mypainmeds is using are in Arizona and Raleigh, NC. I had a long talk with customer service today and he offered to refund all of my money, and he apologized for all of the delays. He explained that they are trying to comply with the new DEA regulations.

Regarding the California issue, any orders made prior to December 5 will be honored, according to the customer care rep.

I've decided to wait it out another week, as my credit card company will still honor a fraud complaint at that time. If you have orders outstanding, I'd call your CC company to find out what your window of opportunity is and DO NOT miss it. The customer care rep at mypainmeds asked for me to call him and he will refund my money, instead of reporting the transaction to my cc company as fraudulent. He said they are not a fraudulent company and it would "suck" if the DEA and Dept. of Justice got involved. Hmmmmm.....

I think I'm going to give them the week and then report as fraud. If they can't comply within a month, they need to deal with whatever issues come to them. I'm also considering a call to the DEA and USDJ, but we'll have to see how upset I get in the next week. I don't take well to people trying to take my money (unless we're playing poker, in which case I know I'll eventually get it all back!).

I actually recieved a printout of the charges for my consult and medications in the mail today. This was strange and I have never recieved this from any other website. At least I have proof of the charges on paper now in case I need to do a chargeback. Has anyone actually recieved from them yet. They said shipping started back on thursday and will continue through midweek.

I dont have any experience with this company but I just wanted to let you know 612 area code is for Minnesota so are you sure you have the right area code. Hope you all get things worked out with Christmas right around the corner.

OOPS... The company said they were using two pharmacies, one in North Carolina and the other in Arizona. Those area codes may be 919 and 602, but none of those area code works for the number that was given, and the San Diego number (619) sounded like someone's home when I called. Can anyone elaborate? Thanks!

Not sure how much this will help you but I'll get back to you later w/more info. I just threw my bottle out, but later today I'll find it for you.

I remember the pharmacy name being Grenwich or Genwich pharmacy. I had ordered around November 17, I believe it was (I have a post on here somewhere about them).
When I find the bottle this afternoon I'll pm you more info. and the phone number.

Who knows if they're still using the same pharmacy, but it's worth a shot........

My meds arrived today, but not before a final threat to call DEA and DOJ. This operation is not a scam, but considering the consult was 11/20 and the ship date was, after many, many calls, 11/23.

Do not use these guys, at least until they get their affairs in order. Right now, paying what they charge for a minimum of a month wait is just asking for frustration.
