I'm sorry. I read your posts in the other MVW thread. I have to say that I have never had a problem with the pharmacy. They have held my hand two separate times when I was paranoid I would not receive my orders. The first time, I could tell that the woman was very busy, but she still was helpful. The second time was a younger woman who was extremely nice. Good luck.
Yoda, Relax! Quit stressing, you'll get your order. The pharmacy is probably busy trying to fill last minute orders, plus they use 3-4 different pharmacies. If you are really worried, call CS at MVW.
I requested a refill on friday for monday delivery. Well, they were out of the medication and it took me at least 25 calls to find this out for myself. So, they told me my package was sent out today for wednesday delivery and I tried to call countless times again today to request morning delivery, but no one answered. I left a message requesting the morning delivery, so we will see if it arrives in the morning if it arrives at all.
Well I checked my account and the money seems to have been taken out for the meds....but now I can't track the thing. I didn't specify morning overnight even though thats what I wanted and now I can't even estimate when its going to arrive IF at all. MVW is disappointing me. My account isn't even updated. It still says I havent paid for my consult.
