Indeed, Angela is the best! She has always answered my e-mails within hours and is also very kind and caring. NWW is the classiest OP I have ever come across, and their CS is top-notch. Angela rocks!

She is the best.And so is Heather. I sent Norco a Merry Christmas e-mail about a week ago and Heather even answered it. I love this OP and will always defend/support them!! So don't forget about Heather. She and Angela are up there working hard getting it done. Those 2 customer care people are great!!

I dont have her email, I think its a general NWW CS email and whoever gets it, gets it. Sorry.
But I have to throw a KUDOS to Angela as well.. always helpful. Since I got back into the OP game I chose NWW based on reports from this board AND the answers I got from her thru email Timely and repsonsive!

NWW are the best. Angela and Heather are the greatest CS people that there are.God Bless you Norcoww and thank you for all the help you provide for all of us over the year.

Angela should leave NWW and take Dr. I with her, then set up a new OP. Her and Kathy/Libby at YOD are the only customer service reps in this business who have a clue. NWW is too big and too unmanagable, Angela is great and does go the extra mile for you, but she can't solve everything for everyone all the time.
I would really like to see Ibanez and Angela at a smaller, new OP. Something along the lines of EVMG. A very customer-oriented, efficient, caring OP with consults that don't take 3 hours.

I have to say they have always been great. I was wondering if anyone knows if I'm due for a refill on this saturday if it will get sent out on saturday and recieve monday or do you think I will recieve it tuesday..I would have posted as a new question but still having trouble doing that..radgirl

Hello and happy holidays everyone!! I have a refill due on the 25th but cannot figure out how to go about ordering it.
Everytime I click on place order button it directs me as if it were a new consult.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you refill date comes, on the members page it will say you have a refill available at this time and then let you order. Only when that date gets here though. Hope this helps.
