I am not having such a great time with MVW. I can not get any answers from operators and the person who is in charge of customer service is never there and never calls me back. Anyway, I was wondering if someone could tell me if I asked for norco if they will automatically supplement generics? If not can I ask the pharmacy to do so? Also, how much would 90 be?

The best thing to do is just call the pharmacy and ask them. Even though they are busy, Ken Drugs is almost always willing to facilitate your requests. It can't hurt to try. Good luck.

Ive been calling since 9:30 and they aren't picking up...I just keep getting the machine. Do they usually do that?

Good Luck! That's why I quit using them. When it was time for a new consult, they were "johnny on the spot" but when it came to them to do their part-like customer service they usually would never answer the live call or be "extremely rude" and usually "accidentally hang-up" on you.

I just don't understand why the pharmacy isn't picking up...I was afraid they were going to run my credit card today and not have enough money it...So I've been trying to get ahold of them to let them know if it already declined to try again because I put more money in my account. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Does anyone know if they will only try once?

This is not a problem. They will run it through again and if it still doesnt go through they will give you a call. But IMO, i have never had any problems with Ken drugs answering the phone, so keep trying or maybe even leave a message in addition to your calls.

Just keep calling I was having problems getting thru also and on about the 4th try they answered at this # 866*536*3784 That is toll free also. They are very busy today from all of the last minute before Christmas orders. Normally I do not have a problem getting thru.

Wouldn't worry - I don't use Ken's or MVW - but in 3 years of using OP's - I have never run into a pharmacy that does not automatically send the generics unless you *specifically* request name brand.. These pharmacies always send out generics by default, knowing that we are paying the high medication prices w/o insurance in most cases. Seriously doubt they would automatically send Brand name....
