Hi guys! I was just curious if Woody's automatically sends a tracking number for a refill or if they just send one on first orders.Any help would be appreciated.

Cam, to tract your package from Woody's use only the first initial of your last name (make sure it's a capital letter) then your zip code. Do this in the reference section of UPS, not the tracking section. Try to get the dates as close as you can. It's usually posted on the UPS website after 9 o'clock Eastern time. Thanks Emj...I am familiar with the UPS tracking routine,but this was the first time I had used Woody's and I could have sworn it came Fed-ex...is it UPS? I must have remembered wrong.Anyway,thanks for your help.

EMJ is correct. I just had my first expe  rience with YOD and Woody's and it was the greatest! Capital initial of last name and 5 digit shipping zip code will give you the UPS tracking results. FYI- plan on waiting around the house all day b/c UPS is notorious for just getting under the wire for overnight deliveries. LOL

With Woody's if you choose overnight you will get UPS Next Day Air service which in most areas is by 10:30 am, in some remote areas it is by noon, so you should not have to wait around all day.

didnt want to start another post about woodys, so i thought id jump in on your post to ask a question for myself.
i hope you dont mind.
i noticed on my bottle from woodys it has a refill date on it now. is this new?? ive never noticed before.thanks

I just looked at my prescription bottle and you are correct, it now states what day it can be refilled. I had not noticed that before. Regarding UPS, I found that if I order 2nd day delivery I always receive overnight, probably because I only live about 2 hours from Woody's so if you live nearby in the Southeast you can save some money. They are the best! EMJ

Yeah, Kathy (YODs *supreme* customer service chick) posted recently that Woodys would now include the refill date.
I now get an email with a tracking number when I refill at Woodys. When I requested a refill via email, I just asked them to put me on their tracking number list. Now every time I get an email from some UPS service with the number (about 7 - 8 at night).
But the UPS.com reference number thing works too...

I received my first bottle from Woodys on 7/5. I then received my next refill on 7/31. I have one refill left but I dont see where on the bottle it says when I can order my next refill. How many days would I count from 7/31 as to when I can order my next refill. Any help would be appreciated. Maybe this is something new because I dont see on my bottle where it tells you when you can get next refill.

I have never been able to get the track by reference number to work. I called Woody's last friday (Oct 10) to order my refill and specifically asked for a tracking number to be sent. Never got it, and the reference number doesn't work. Now I am just sitting around wondering if it was ever shipped, although they claim that it was. I guess I'll try to call Woody's in the a.m. to again request the tracking number.
The refill was definately not early, as I could have requested the refill on October 6th. I think from now on, I won't wait until I have 2 or 3 days of meds left before I order, but will order exactly on the day that it is due in order to avoid any problems.

Good call about not waiting till the last minute to order meds. I posted this in another YOD reference # thread, but I might as well here too. The tracking # I got came from QuantumViewNotify. The doc told me not to mistake it for junkmail and delete it. The tracking # works fine and my meds should be here tomorrow.

Reviving an old thread.
When do Woody's tracking numbers typically become active? It's 7:45 here and mine isn't active yet...can't remember when my other ones have started working. I have never received their QuantumNotify thing.
Also- my last tracking numbers didn't work with just the first initial+zip code. So if I were Smith and I lived in 12345, S12345 didn't work, but SMITH12345 did.
Anyone?

So that's 10:45 EST. That's 3 more hours of suspense, great. I know Woody's closes at 6- I still don't understand why it takes 5 hours for a package to show up. Maybe someone can explain that.

Oh goody, it's in transit and the number works. 
I think the holidays are just a busy time for the carriers.

The First letter of last name + destination zip code used to work for me, but then one time when I had an order coming i typed it in, and it was for someone else! at first i was kinda worried, but then i realized that it came from a different place so it couldn't have been mine. when i received my package, i noticed that the tracking number is now my full last name (all in caps) and the destination zip code. oh well. i haven't gotten tracking emails either, but i also wasn't looking for Quantim or anything. YOD is always polite and promt and UPS always delivers it on time for me. Hopefully with the holidays it won't be too crazy! HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!

My tracking # showed up at 9 o'clock EST. Used to be just the first initial of your last name + zip code but now it's your entire last name in caps + zip. I have been trying to get mine since last week and I could tell they were swamped, I was beginning to worry, but they came through and it will arrive tomorrow. Merry Christmas to everyone, YawKaw I am happy your's is on the way too. And FYI Woody's will also be closed Friday after Christmas. Take care everyone and I hope no one will be left in pain! EMJ

Since I've been a customer of YOD's for quite some time now, I have just given up on looking at tracking numbers because I know I will receive the day after consult or the day after submitting a refill notification (now by e-mail). If not the day after, at the very latest, the day after that (and that has only happened once and because my consult was late in the day).
