Recently my doc put me on Nerontin and all of
the sudden I have all of this energy that I have never
had before. I mean I am going places, getting stuff
done around the house that I never usually do. And I am alot more social and extroverted than I have been in a long time. Has anyone else experienced this "burst" of energy with Nerontin like I have?
Wow that stuff finally worked on someone! I'm happy for you! they've shoved that med on so many people with no results, I'm happy to see that it helped someone!

There is a lot of negative literature on side effects from Neurontin, which is over-prescribed due to drug industry pressure tactics. A friend of mine went into a manic hallucinatory state on Neurontin, which cleared up as soon as he discontinued. I did a google on the stuff and the negatives are mind blowing.
I was on Neurontin for over 2 years, and it zapped my energy, never really helped me at all. I am gald that you are having a positive experience with it.
