I ordered my first refill on Thursday night. Went for 2 day shipping for $18.00. Tracking number said delivery estimate date would be 12/22 monday. I thought that made sense. Well to my shock, Saturday {this morning}fedex shows up with my meds. Now does anyone know ...will I be charged the crazy $52.00 Saturday delivery when I did not order it? Has this happened to anyone else? So far only $100 has been charged to my cc, and I won't know of any more charges until Monday. I have 2 meds so the total with 2 day shipping should be $131.00. They are a awesome company {my opinion} but I hope this Saturday delivery I not a way to screw me of $34.00 in shipping charges. Any input from anyone please.....Unidenbearcat.
Does the package say "Saturday Delivery" on it?
This has actually happened to me before when I ordered computer parts...My package did not have "saturday Delivery" indicated but for some reason they delivered it anyway...(and I didn't get charged extra).
Same thing happened to my friend - you won't be charged for Saturday shipping! They are just getting those orders out before the holidays, that's all. She was expecting delivery on Tuesday but was shocked when the Fed Ex dude showed up this AM. She pays COD and paid for the $18 two day shipping. I really think they are just trying to get orders out the door so people have their meds by Christmas.
Thanks for you replies. The fedex package says for delivery Mon. Dec 22nd. So I think you are both right. I just got lucky. But I will keep a close eye on my cc statement just in case. Thanks again for your quick responses. Unidenbearcat.
I had the same thing happen pretty recently, I oredered meds overnight on Friday(I knew they wouldn't get here until Monday afternoon) but the nice fedex man delivered Saturday morning. Fedex always seems to go the extra mile.
Happy Holidays,

They say "time marches on," I just never got used to the beat...
depending on the fedex depot you got some of them are real nice and will deliver early if it gets there, but it could also be that it was a mistake in shipping method, if it was a mistake try your best to keep your temper under control with nwww customer service, it's a good company that may have just made a mistake, and may offer to compensate you in some way if you don't arrive with a big bad attitude on the phone or fax or email. just stay cool. good luck. b5t3
I've ordered through FedEx before and was promised delivery by 10:30 AM. Driver got "lost" somehow and a supervisor actually brought the package himself just to make sure it got there on time. I think FedEx is just trying to stay on top of things. EMJ
