I just faxed my ID and records to them, and called to verify that they went through. A man answered, and said that they probably did go through cuz he just got something, but that they were not taking any new patients. I asked him when they would be, and he said probably not ever, but if they do he'll let me know??? This sounds really strange... has this happened to anyone?

I would be very surprised as Midland is top-notch, record requiring, in-depth telemedicine - a model. They differ than most all others and have solid history and quality service . . . and I am no shill just a very satisfied customer. Perhaps it is the vast migration of DBrs seeking quality service as the fly-by-night OPs dissolve.
I agree. I think what they are doing, rather than becoming a disorganized mess like most and taking on too many customers to handle, they are just not accepting new patients. I just received my 2nd of 3 refills today, so all seems well to me. Sad though for those not able to try them, they are one of the best out there by far.
