Not sure what you mean when you say "go to Barry's profile". Don't mean to be ignorant, but their website is down and no way to reach them that way. I would really appreciate it if you could provide specifics.. I am having problems like everyone else.

You go to someone's profile by clicking on their username (the one that is highlighted like a link, like next to a post of that user's) Just find a post made by Barry (use the search function) and then click on his name on his post and it takes you to his profile. You can click on your own username as well, to see what other members see when they 'check you out'

I was just wondering what happend to this site??? Why was it taking down? As far as i knew this is a legit OP does anyone know anything? I havent been around for awhile i may have missed the thread on AAA since iv been gone. Are they still finishing the refills everyone still had left???

Faxed in my records today for a refill I had due on november 2nd. They told me it would be thursday or friday of next week before I would recieve my meds.

Easier way to PM Barry:
Click on My Home and then when it shows "Send PM" click on that, then in the username field you type in BARRY and then fill out the subject line and then go down and fill in the information you want to send to him.
You can also check off the box to show you that he read your message so you will get a PM notification of when he read it.
This is much simpler than scrolling through the thousands of posts here to find a post from him. I don't know the last time he actually posted here but doing the PM the above way is much easier and less time consuming.

Was this the first time you faxed in your records? The reason I ask is because I had faxed in mine 4 times and when I talked to a cs rep a week or so ago she told me to fax them AGAIN. I figured I was just getting the same run around that I've got for months now so I haven't faxed them for the fifth time. I really don't get why I would need to fax them again when I was told by Barry and by another cs rep that they had my records and they were inline for the dr to review! NOW, my confidential records are missing?!!!!! Anyway, would you also keep us posted as to whether you actually receive your order or not? Thanks

My advice is to run from these people as fast as you possibly can. Their whole process top to bottom (including Lakeridge) stinks to high heaven. Search the board and see what I mean.

To everyone having trouble with AAAMWW (except charm-don't know what to do about that record's problem)
I signed up in Sept for the 3 refill promo. When the you know what hit the fan 8 weeks ago, I was worried about getting the 2nd refill. It came through, however. Then the web site say's "orders completed", which of course meant no 3rd refill.
I blew it off, but then decided to call them the other day and complain about not getting the 3rd refill.It worked, and I received that 3rd refill a couple day's ago from Lakeridge.(Mallies)
I used the same phone # as before, and both times was only on hold for a couple minutes.
Even if they are not taking new consults, Barry is obviuosly not a rip off guy. Unlike other places that have closed their doors and that's the end of it (no refills, etc) he is making good on their orders. They obviously plan on returning, otherwise they would have blown us off and disconnected the phone #.
I don't know if I'm just lucky or what (I doubt that), but you can alway's do what I did and just call them. 863-419-1503
Good luck and remember-this is a risky business. Don't put all your eggs in one basket!

I too called customer service as well as exchanged several emails with Barry. He said that unless i could produce the email i recieved in Sept. he couldnt offer me my third email. I told him that i dont save me emails for three months, then he said if i could get the email from someone else and cut and paste it i could get the third refill. Now you tell me, what in the world does that email have to do with my last refill? I used AAAMEDS for almost 2 years and he had access to all my information. He tried to say he couldnt break the rules. There was no rule to break. I was told in Sept i would get three refills, i only got two, i wanted him to honor the third one, and he said no. That my friends, is a rip off.

I would be willing to bet that MANY OF US (including myself) clicked through the offer (ad for the three refills) BARRY, himself posted ON THIS BOARD. My "code" did not show up either even though I DID click through the link on the offer, and Barry denied my third refill as well (after my 2nd was completely screwed up and very late).
Very disappointing.

Oh well, I don't know what to say then. Guess I was lucky. I didn't deal with barry though, just the gal with a heavy accent on the other end of the phone. It did take some "cajoling" to get her to authorize it, but she did. Also, I actually never used the e mail "link" when I signed up in Sept, I just went to the website (as before). When I talked to this woman, I told her that since I signed up in Sept I was due the 3 refills automatically.
It does appear that the rules are being made up/changed up for their convenience. Sorry to hear that- I just assumed everyone could call and they would take care of it like they did me. Obviously not the case. I stand corrected. Clearly some people are getting ripped off.

I guess I've been away. Last I knew this was the best site w/the best service. I'm sorry folks have had problems, but as far as Barry goes he came through for me. I think I actually messed up and didn't click through the right link. I immediately emailed him and he said he "fixed it". Since then UPS made three more trips right at the one month mark. Though the last time they sent Mallies and no more 100ct sealed bottles. So I guess, since that's run its course, who does anyone suggest now?
