Anyone know their turnaround time for an initial consult? Faxed in my records Tuesday and still haven't heard anything from them. Thanks.

I would give them a phone call They are very quick great customer service and excellent doctor. But use their toll free number also they are an 11 - 7 pm est . One of the best

faxed everything 12-3 afternoon, got reg. 3 hours later to set up consult, 12-4 consult with the Dr. late afternoon, the brown truck showed up 22 hours later. Everything in perfect order. Email them or try calling. These people are great to work with! :woohoo: I will continue to use them and would tell other to use them!

SWMG is one of the best OPs out there today. I've tried several, and I'd say that currently, SWMG, Fedxmeds and YOD are a toss up for best OPs by far.

This may be a dumb question, When they prescribe pain relievers lets say for example total of 90 pills. Is that for 90 days?? Im a little confused and any help would be appreciated.
