Norcoworldwide refills???
      #123846 - 12/18/03 10:07 PM

Just wondering how the refill process works with NWW? Do I just go to the members section and see a button that allows me to reorder when my time is ready or do I go to "place an order".

The problem is that my refill is not due until Saturday the 20th in the system, but they told me that I could go ahead and order Friday the 19th for Saturday delivery. But the members section of the website still shows refill available on the 20th. Do they have to change the dates in their system before I can order? I just don't know how this refill process works.

Sorry if this is confusing.

Thanks in advance
J

My refill was due on Saturday last week so I called on Friday to try to order and receive on Saturday. What I was told was that the system is still showing refill due a day ahead of the 25 day rule, so my date should have actually been Sunday so they told me the earliest I would receive my meds would be Tuesday. I really tried hard to get them to do it, and no go. Good luck.

They did the same thing to me. I ordered on the 16th and was do a refill on the 9th thats 25 days. I went round and round with them and finally wrote them that at least be honest and tell people its 26 days not 25 and if you add overnight shipping its 27 days.I even sent them this little gem

16-31=16 days 1-9=9days 16 + 9 = 25 please do the math and tell me were my math is wrong. Now dont tell me that the order day doesnt count cause thats not what it says on they're website quote:

"Please be aware that a prescription can only be filled every 25 days. If it has been less than 25 since your last fill for this medication, there may be a delay in getting your prescription shipped."

I think I'm going over 2 fedex meds they have a pharmacy that refills in 20

and dont even get me started on outragious shipping costs and poor service.........no tracking numbers ECT>>>>>>>>>>>>

They definitely need to fix their system because it has caused alot of confusion. I know the 25 day refill rule, but on the phone they tell you it isn't really due until one day after the system day. However, when you do order on the website that day, there are no problems. Anyway, for those who have refills due on the 25th or 26th, St. Pete's will be open 1/2 day to ship orders out, if you want to pay for that Saturday delivery, or Monday I guess. Hopefully they won't get too behind like at Thanksgiving.
