Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew who I coulds talk to at Norco to get some help. I have had problems w/ them and St Peters ever since they started using them instead of BiWise.
I will try to make my story brief as possible:
2nd consult w/ Norco on 7/23, St Peters diddled around and sent order on 7/28 COD which is not what i wanted, so during the 5 days it took them to send the rx, i went to a local dr. and when the rx arrived i had it returned.
placed order on 10/28 rec'd 11/1, this was a hassle too because i had wanted this sent & held at fed ex to be picked up and supposedly they didnt have the address to fed ex???? wtf???
placed order on 11/18 rec'd 11/22.
the norco website said i had 1 fill remaining available 12/15, so i placed order on 12/15, have emailed and called both norco & st peters and now i am getting the run around saying that i dont have any fills when in fact i do because i refused the 1st one!

If you refused one of your refills, maybe they cancelled that refill? Just out of curiousity, why would you refuse a refill? When I used NWW I never had any problems with them, just waited till my correct refill date, ordered, and refill arrived next day. Every time.
As far as the long wait times to get refills, sounds like you were also trying to order refills alot earlier than your refill was due, if you 'ordered' (I guess you mean by this - got your refill? - on both 10/28 and 11/18? That's only 21 days apart - Their refill wait time is 25 days minimum between refills. That's why it took so long to get your earlier refills, but as far as them saying you don't have a refill left, all I can think is that they cancelled the one you refused?
Have you checked out swmg i did and got very good service
i called sent my medical records got a consul the next day.
called the Dr, he was very knowaladgeble and then he southwest and before i even sent them a dime my meds were releast and on the way i will receive them in the morning thats so unbelevible i would check them out if i were you that way you wont be asking questions like the one you just did, however i dont have any experince with norco st pete so i cant say anything bad about them good luck.
