If I am correct, they are an anxiety med. and a sedative (barbiturate). ??

You won't find glutethimide at any OP. I believe it's a CII. I dunno if it's still made in the U.S., could be.
Meprobamate- better laws, believe it's a CIV, still hard to find.
Both very sedating drugs, glutethimide being the significantly stronger one.

Glutethimide..also known under the brand name Doridan..this also was popular in the 80s.I dont even think they make it anymore.It was a heavy duty hypnotic along the lines of Quaaludes.VERY STRONG!!

Access Meds carries Meprobomate 400mg plain (nothing compounded with it) - I have seen it on their medication list, but never ordered it, and never even taken it, as I don't really have any need for a barbiturate.... But I know they do carry it - although they are closed right now until mid-January.....
I'm not for certain but I think they way their site is categorized, it is under 'CNS Medicines/Other' (when you click 'CNS MEDS' it will list CNS Stimulants, Benzodiazepines, and Other - I think it is under Other) - Good luck hope this helps, and hope I am not mistaken as to where I saw it at!
