i posetd this on the "feedback" area, but i think it belongs here.
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew who I coulds talk to at Norco to get some help. I have had problems w/ them and St Peters ever since they started using them instead of BiWise.
I will try to make my story brief as possible:
2nd consult w/ Norco on 7/23, St Peters diddled around and sent order on 7/28 COD which is not what i wanted, so during the 5 days it took them to send the rx, i went to a local dr. and when the rx arrived i had it returned.
placed order on 10/28 rec'd 11/1, this was a hassle too because i had wanted this sent & held at fed ex to be picked up and supposedly they didnt have the address to fed ex???? wtf???
placed order on 11/18 rec'd 11/22.
the norco website said i had 1 fill remaining available 12/15, so i placed order on 12/15, have emailed and called both norco & st peters and now i am getting the run around saying that i dont have any fills when in fact i do because i refused the 1st one!
Well... from the various posts I have read, NWW has excellant service. I tried them because of the feedback I saw here and I have to say, my order was flawless. I would say, as with any OP time and patience is the best attack.
Try calling and reasoning with cust. serv., I got thru quickly and all of my questions were answered. I sent them 4 emails with ?'s and they were all ansered in a very timely fashion. Sometimes things slip thru the cracks, no one is perfect and the OP industry is not immune. Have you faxed them med records? maybe thats the hold up.
Like I said, give them a calm call (number can be found in threads here) and explaine the situation. You have to remeber they provide a service that is sorta taboo. I understand your frustration and anxiousness, but you will have to remain calm and show some patience when dealing with these people if you want to get results.
I posted a response (and my guess at an answer) to you, on the other thread where posted this same info. I am confused why you 'refused' a refill? My guess is they cancelled it, if you refused it. And as for the long wait times - from ordering to receiving refills on your scripts - it looks like you were ordering very much too early - you said you ordered a refill on 10.28 and 11.18 - that's only 21 days apart, and NWW requires you to wait 25 days minimum between refills. When I used them I had zero problems whatsoever, I don't think I ever needed to even call customer service once after consultation with the doc, except to change billing info once..... Strange....
Actually, how did you even manage to order refills 21 days apart? Because their site, I thought, would not even let you order the refill until it's due date?
