For my first fill I requested Saturday Delivery and let them know via email & told consulting doc same thing. They did not send out for Sat delivery. It did arrive on Monday, I emailed them & told them of this and even though they did not charge me for the Sat delivery, I was offered $$ off shipping for my next refill.
So, no complaints here
BTW: Their refill policy is 25 days. My 25th day was Tues but I put in my order via their website on Monday just so it got there and since they usually use UPS 2nd day, I wanted to make sure it was here on Thurs. I was able to pick on their website the overnight delivery so then it would be here Wednesday. They came thru 1 day early and refill was in my hands at 9am on Tues!! So I am pleased about that. I was supposed to email them about taking $$ off from the first order but I forgot, I have 1 more refill so I will use that $$ then unless they automatically did it for me this time which I did not check my receipt yet.

I regestered on their website for a refill on Monday. Because of holiday crunch I also asked for the priority overnight ups shipment. My package arrived Tuesday morning, double bubble wrapped and perfect. It is a pharmacy site only.
You have to use an op to get their service. I used Apainclinic. They have been given good and bad reviews lately but they are under new ownership now. Check them out.
