This is my first post so I hope I am doing this correctly.
Short Question: does anyone out there have an e-mail address for Online-Scripts.com?
I was doing fine with AAAMedsWW and then they went out,therefore as sugested by the message on thier closed website I stupidly tried to order from os.com.
Now after 3 days of trying to call them and getting stuck in the voice loop twilight-zone, I don't know what to do.
Barry has always been great and I believe he will be back soon. But these other guys are seeming like a scam.
Hell, I just want to contact them to cancle but can't even do that.
Any advice is appreciated.

I too am looking for e-mail addy for on-line scripts....They have charged me 220.00 for 2 consults & I never got any. I have over 6 hours hold time to them. Barry did PM me & said he isn't with them. I am upset I can't get ahold of them & they have already been paid for 2 consults...no consults....no meds. I too thought Barry was affiliated with them but he said he's not. I can't afford anymore phone calls to them....phone bill was 115.00 so I'm out BIG time...any suggestions or help?

I'm sorry I can't offer any sort of direct info on how to get these people to behave, but you asked for suggestions... it thoroughly PI$$E$ ME OFF hearing about people being treated the way you described. I used AAAMWW and managed to get out before they went under. If I were in your position, I wouldn't bother with any further attempts to contact them -- I wouldn't think twice about immediately filing a chargeback. Most sites have a caveat in their terms under which they charge an administrative fee if the consult does not result in the desired outcome -- usually 25 or 30 dollars. Since you have had no consult, this would not apply, and you are entitled to a full refund. At this point, since they have already demonstrated an unacceptable level of customer service, I would no longer accept any further offers made for a consultation -- they've already shown their true colors, and you could only reasonably expect more of the same kind of treatment with regard to refills, etc. in the future.

Don't be intimidated by the dispute process -- just remember that your dispute must be placed in writing to your card issuer within 60 days of your initial billing statement. You must demonstrate that you have made a reasonable effort to resolve the matter with the merchant, and I believe your huge phone bill is more than adequate evidence on that score. Simply write a brief description of what you were promised for your money, what you got instead, and how you have attempted to resolve the dispute on your own, and send it with the appropriate dispute form which the card issuer will provide you if necessary. Some people feel that filing a dispute with an OP brings unwanted scrutiny, but I don't agree with that mindset, at least not these days. OPs are already under all the scrutiny they can be under, and a few financial disputes aren't going to make any difference.

Also, I always cringe when I hear of people paying these huge phone bills for long distance -- for example, your six hours of long distance phone time would have cost a total of $18.00 if you had used one of the better 10-10 numbers. The best I know of is 10-15-335. Good luck to you, there are plenty of reliable OPs and I hope you find one that can meet your needs -- they aren't all con artists.

After reading that Keep in Mind, I did my consult early friday morning was promised by the PA that I would have my meds NEXT DAY ON SATURDAY(13th).

Ok now is 5:17pm on Dec 15 and the tracking number on the psl thing still shows "scanned by shipper" - Kissimmie
IF you read over to the right hand side of that screen it says something to the effect that if nothing but a "scan by shipper" is notated then it is not been picked up by a courior.
I called them 2 times today and I nicely asked the lady "what is the status of my order?"/// she put me on hold then came back on a few minutes later and said some very confusing message that "her manager" was talking to the pharmacy and that I was showing that I already had a refill in thier database.
My question was who's database? the pharmacies, somthing left over from aaameds, or what?
So at this point it has been 4 days (that i requested priority saturday delivery on) and my package is not even in any kind of transit.
I can understand how op's and pharms get bogged down with lots of orders, the thing i cannot tolerate is when they give you this big spin around and around. I know i've blasted on em enough but gheeze this is really starting to look like the habits of USpharmacyRX. I dont see why if your company or pharmacy is bogged down then just tell your customers they are behind instead of telling all these weird scenerios of blaming it on the pharmacy, the database, the shipper, the pharmacists etc etc etc.

Since the business day is over with and they still have not got my order "figured out with the pharmacy", I will start up tomorrow on day number 5 with another no transit....

Everyone who reads this, be aware of these people. The only reason I used them is because I had a friend that did a consult on one day and had meds the next, but trust me, I think that was an oddity for this company after reading the posts and now me really getting to FEEL the experience first hand.

Update:
Called online-sripts at noon today (remember it's been 5 days since consult) and now I am being told that my prescription was filled but it was labled with a UPS tracking number and was sent to Parcel Solutions which only handles FedEX deliverys. So I tried to hold back my grit and I kindly responded, "yes mam, so let me get this straight, your saying that my prescription has been filled, it had a UPS tracking number associated with it and it was sent to a FedEx courior where the number obviously would not work",, she replied "yes sir, we have to get all those packages back from Parcel Solutions (FedEx), send them back to the pharmacy, then we have to send them new UPS numbers and then they will have to be relabled and then reshipped".......(thinking to myself, why didn't I read the boads about these lousy pukes before I messed with them) I kindly said, "wel mam, can you give the new UPS tracking number?" her response was "no sir, they have not been generated yet",,, then I ask the obvious "ok thank you, but can you tell me WHEN I will be able to even get this new UPS tracking number?... HER REPLY,,, "here within the next few days, hopefully by FRIDAY sir". I reittereted in the midst of anger and confusion, "you mean I should get my pain medicine for which I need badly or I should have a valid tracking number by then?",, HER REPLY, you should have a good tracking number by no later than Friday.

Index: well brothers and sisters of the boards, Im speechless. I just called one of my near and dear friends and told him it was a very good logistical situation that there is 850 miles between them and myself. He brought up a good point, (I suppose to help calm me down), he said "man, your getting your script for a well documented double impact injury which is causing you a lot of pain, but think about those people are that have just got out of a massive surgery and were relying on them for that next day delivery . Think what they must be feeling physically and emotionally right now." -Point taken.

Bottom line: Im a pretty tough, elite, and confident by many peoples standards, but I am starting to feel like the opposite: a helpless, confused, lost child out in the cold with no where to run since I ran into these people. This brings up the question: Do double dipping laws apply to dip sh!ts that dont deliver? I must get some relief. The urgent clinic in the town I am currently residing in might give someone that prunes large trees a script for 800mg Motrin if that person were to say, fall out a tall tree and cut his leg off with a chain saw. Any thing less than than pure trauma, your going to get told to take some tylenol, and either heat or ice therapy and range of motions excersises. Why can't their be SOME kind of balance, NATIONWIDE, on doctors treating pain. I mean if you think about it, pain is the deepest reason we need medical treatment. And yes I say that pain treatment should be FIRST on their priority and keeping people alive from illness and "sustastained" on SSRI's should all follow after, but where I live they have the entire thing turned around. Im to the point now where, I have 3 choices and none of them are good. 1)Go down the block and pay $6 a pop for some to meds. 2)"Double dip" with another pharm. 3) Go to the drive thru liquor store and get some 100proof.... decisions, decisons.

I hope none of my fellow DB brothers and sisters have to experience this feeling. Please read the posts, and dont pull a dumba$$ move like I did and deal with such loosers before reading the boards thouroughly.

I'm sorry you're having such a hard time with these people. Regarding Parcel Solutions, I think they work with a variety of couriers to ensure packages are sent in a timely manner. For example, if FedEx is having a problem, they'll ship it UPS, and vice versa, and if both are on the fritz, through a third, etc. Now, I could be wrong about that, however, if I'm right, the line they handed you about the UPS numbers would be especially bogus. BTW, it's only double dipping when you "receive" from two sources - so in this case, you are free to shop elsewhere.

Spectra thank you for your true concern. However it is not pacel soulution, FedEx, or the pharms fault, The blame game is over and the facts are in. Please read carefully (I also posted this in the VIP board about Online-Scripts).

Update: DAY 6 -no meds, no valid tracking number

I made a call this morning to customer service and as kindly as possible, I ask where my package was. The customer service girl said, "it's in shipping sir." I said ok thank you so much, but I told her I did not have a tracking number. She said, "I got one right here for you". I started to think there was some light at the end of the tunnel. Before she gave me this "new" tracking number I ask her if it was a FedEX or UPS tracking number. She said "FedEX"... so asked her to wait just a moment (as I rolled over to the online Fedex tracking page,,then I said ok mam, could you please give me that number..she did, and I entered it and low and behold GUESS WHAT HAPPENED... *Invalid tracking number*. I told her this and ask her if she could enter the same number she just gave me into her computer to make sure it was not a misteak on my part.

Well Boom, "Sir, i seem to be having problems with that tracking number myself" then she put me on hold for a few more minutes (and it is not a toll free number, mind ya).
She then comes back on the phone and blames the ENTIRE THING ON PARCEL SOLUTIONS. Now if it already had a real tracking number then Parcel solutions would not really matter any more, I could go to the source (FedEX or UPS) with that tracking number *and yes I tried it on all of them".

Then there was like a stalemate, she puts me on hold again. She comes back NOW TO TELL ME THEY HAD TO COMPLETELY RESUBMITT MY ORDER LAST NIGHT AND AN EVEN NEWER TRACKING NUMBER WAS GIVIN TO MY ORDER.
OK, so whats new, I ask for that NEWEST tracking number. Well you guessed it, she did not have one to tell me.
I ask her if she realized that I have been 6 days now without my script that was promised to me next day? she said "yes, but we had some problems sir". Well I proceeded to asking how much I had been charged for that "Priority OVERNIGHT DELIVERY", she said $36.00 and she did not offer to even take that charge down to regular shipping rate even though it was well understood at this point that I have been 6 days with no meds or even a freakin tracking number that works.

I ask to speak with her manager, she patched me through to another Customer Service employee, I immediatly ask to speak with a manager. She said, "I AM THE MANAGER OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE HAVE GIVEN YOU ALL THE INFORMATION WE HAVE AT THIS TIME." -in a very hatefull tone. I ask her (just for the record), if she realized that I was in agonizing pain and it has been 6 days since I was promised my meds, she quickly snapped back and said "yes but there is nothing we can do when the pharmacy and parcel solutuions gets the tracking numbers wrong"...... WHOOOOOH NELLY, I have got many successfull overnight deliverys from Lakeridge (so now I can unequivically say she is full of Sh!t)

I said thank you for all your help and hung up.

Brothers and sisters of the board, please, please, take heed to my warnings. I would not wish this much pain even on my worst enemy. I am having a hard time even sitting here writing this posts. I don't know what to do, I am about to give up. Having pain and a need for the pain meds is bad enough, but after this long of getting jerked around like some kind of toy mouse, it starts messing with your emotional side.

I am going to make a run to the liquor store and see if I can dull the pain, I have not drank in well over 2 years.

Hope you all really "listened" to what I tried to tell you. If you dont, you will be helpless, hopeless, and lifeless if your in as much pain as i am in.

I am really sorry to hear about the run around those guys are giving you. That is just totally ridiculous.

I had written more but may be confusing my websitees, so I'll retract it for now. Good luck with your situation though.
