Everyone needs to leave them alone. It's a fact that it will take some time but you will get your meds. I have not heard of them cheating anyone YET. I think some people are paraniod. Just sit down and take a deep breath, relax. If you can't wait the 7 days or so, then simply don't order from them - live with the pain and NO hope. At least there is hope with this pharm. The only pharm that a lot of us can use. So do us all a favor, don't keep calling and threatening - it's only taking OUR orders longer. I hope I did offend the people that need a slap in the f-ing face.

frankie, i totally agree..they have never screwed anyone, the only fault they have is sometimes they are a little slow. If everyone keeps bombarding them with e-mails orders will get delayed..we should all just relax and be happy they are still around..

Hey y'all!! I just wanted to let y'all know that there IS hope for all... I ordered my meds Monday morning.... I hadn't heard anything from them and then thier site went down. I thought, great... They are no longer in business... BUT, I recieved an email from them telling me that my meds have been filled and are out to Fed Ex.. This was received on the same afternoon that the site went down... I DID get my meds yesterday.. A day earlier then what was said on the Fed Ex tracking number!
So, even though the site isn't working right now, I still got the confirmation and my meds did come! All accounted for too...
OH, I did receive an email from them yesterday saying that the site was down due to technical reasons and should hopefully be back up soon!!!
Hope this gives some of you a small ray of hope!!
BTW.... from start to finish on my order took 4 days total... I even received my meds a day earlier then what was said ont he Fed Ex tracking number...
Hang in there.... Your meds will come (if they are approved)

I received my order today. Ordered on the 7th. I never was able to track it because the site went down prior to them issuing a tracking number.
They even sent it priority overnite which I didn't request.

Has anyone tried to order for them tonight? I just spent a half hour trying to order and @ the very end I got a weird message saying PLEASE WAIT ! We are creating your profile.
DO NOT USE THE BACK BUTTON ON YOUR BROWSER! Then it showed a error message contained in the server. I waited 20 minutes for the order to go thru then I just clicked out. I called the 877 phone # but you know it is only the answering service. Left a message with the lady and she was very nice but said no one would get back to me until tomorrow. Anyone else have this problem? I don't know what to do except wait?! I checked my bank CC but nothing shows,
it usually pops right up when I use it. Help?

I don't mean to be a drag, but the chances of you getting a call from them are next to nothing, in my experience. Especially since tomorrow is Saturday. Again, I'm sorry to be the bearer of potentially bad news. I REALLY hope I'm wrong, though. Good luck.

Rago How did you receive your pills on the 12th,ordered on the 7th,but got it overnight? Am I Missing something or is that not more than 'overnight'?
Congrats on your success in receiving them though.I Ordered on the 10th but still no pills.Do they deliver on Saturdays?

I assume it did arrive overnite.
It just took them 4 or 5 days to process it and get it into fedex's hands.
Not surprising. They are busy.
They don't ship on Saturdays, unless maybe you pay for it and even then, it probably wouldn't happen.

regs921...Same thing happened to my Father trying to place an order at Buymeds. Web page errors, tried twice.
I don't think they have their stuff quite up to par yet. He's going to try again Saturday.....Thinking about going to NWW, but he hates to talk to Docs over the phone.........Bz.

I placed an order on 12/9 just before they went down. This is my first order with them. It still says processing payment waiting and for Dr. review. Do you think my order will be processed because of their system crash? I don't want to clog their already busy phone/e-mail. Just looking for some advice from others who have used them. Thanks!

If your order shows up on the site as pending or waiting on doc approval I think everything should be OK. They have a lot to catch up on and your right about not calling. I would give them a couple of days before I started bothering them. I've only used them once since they can back fron the reorg. but my order came in and the website said processing payment but my order was delivered the next morning.

Click on the processing payment link.That page is messed up so you have to click the link to see where your order is.Hope this helps.Ordered on 12/10/03 ...no meds yet but I Am being patient.

Did your Dad try to order again? I tried 3 times last night but had the same problem. I have not tried at all today.

Well I Finally have a Tracking number and meds will be sent out Monday. So everything is still good as far as I can see.Hang in there guys.I know it's hard but you have to be patient because Trust me Buymeds always comes through.
Remember 'not always there when I need you..but i'm always on time'

How long do you have to wait to re-order a "refill" of the same med. There is no info on the bottle. Sorry I know this has been discussed. Thanks

If my memory serves me right I think it is 25 days from the date your last script was filled. They sent me a refill notice to my e-mail I had registered on my profile stating that I could re-order. Hope that helps

Their online customer support used to be in a box up next to the Free Shiiping on all orders box, before they had those major server problems. It now seems to be gone. The online support was spotty at best. No set times that I could figure they were there. Sometimes if you were in checking your order status, you'd see "Customer Support Online Now" and could click on it to ask about your orders and such. I don't think it was all that useful, but maybe some had good results.
