I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but according to the PayPal user policy...
"You may only use PayPal to sell any controlled drug or item that requires a prescription from a licensed practitioner (such as a doctor, dentist, or optometrist) if you are a licensed pharmacy and only if such a prescription has been issued by the practitioner after a bona fide examination of the patient."
Quibble if you must, but examination by the prescribing practitioner is patently implied.
Unless this doc has actually examined you (or anyone else), the transaction apparently violates PayPal policy.

When you think it's beyond your comprehension, it probably just precedes it.
They may be violating paypal's policy, but paypal is paying them.
I vaguely remember reading something to the effect when I signed up. I'll just apply for a refund and hope it comes through. Am getting my records today. I always seem to look for the easiest way out, but this isn't it!
