I faxed Shawn my records this a.m. and also sent e-mail to the customer serv. address listed on web-site asking for verification of receipt etc. So far I haven't had a response. I know Shawn , EVMG, from way back but did not have the opportunity to use their services till now.
Does anyone know if everything is up and running with EVMG?
The web-site states that they will respond rather quickly to request for a consultation once the medical records have been faxed and received by their offices. So far I've heard nothing. Any feedback would be appreciated. Feel free to post or send private mail.

Thanks to all of you guys that PM'd me. You all were right. Just a few hours ago, Shawn (EVMG) advised me that after reviewing my paperwork and medical documentaion, he will set up a date and time for a consult as soon as possible. ( Assuming of course that all my paperwork is in order!)
He is extremely busy right now and I guess it's true, when it rains, it pours! Thanks again all you boardsters and a huge thank you to Shawn and his staff.......it can't be easy staying on top of things the way you do!

Does anyone have a working phone number so I can get a CS person live? My emails are not getting returned at the moment and the number on the site either picks up as a fax or has a full mailbox. Thanks.
