Hi folks. I just had a full physical (I mean a full one -- lol!!!) and picked up my records. They seem a little . . . well . . . sparse. No mention of my orthopedic problem (for which I take Vicodin and mentioned to the doctor twice), short list of vitals and mention of a mole on my arm, then urinalysis report and blood work report. Is this good enough for the best OPs? I want the best OPs out there -- FedEx, YOD etc. Where will these be sufficient that Rxs at least #90 and is a reliable company. It took a lot of time & $$$ to get the physical and I did it so that I could move on to the best OPs. Thoughts? Thanks. --Tim.
From what I understand the records you send need to mention the ailment that you are requesting the meds for. It doesn't need to be all that detailed, but it has to show a diagnosis. My suggestion is to call the OP's you are interested in and ask....it can't hurt.
