Anywhere know.....
I had my consult in Novemeber with Dr. Frank with DCH.......now it appears they are gone.
# 1, did not get my refills as they were waiting on my updated records, which were sent, received and acknowledged receipt. I was informed by email that they would be added to my order over a week ago.
# 2 Normally they used St. Peters Apoth., now it is at Health Pharm. The pharmacist has told me has never heard of DCh, but does get orders from the doctor, through Doctors N Pills. So, now i have faxed, emailed to them. Still no reply. 
# 3 my refill would be due tomorrow. I am stuck......don't know what else to do anymore. Pharmasist did give me a phone # for n'pills, but mailbox full, etc.
Same ol story i read about.....just has never happened to me before.
# 4........this really burns me up. Am sick of dealing with it trying to get it straightened out. I will be out of meds by friday....am in the middle of a pain issue.....

should I GIVE UP?????
I hate the thought of starting a new consult....and doubt it will be easy to get scheduled right away either.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear about all th that you got screwed out of(excuse my language but reading posts like this really burns me up. The only thing I can suggest is to do chargebacks for anything that you were charged for by this company, hopefully you'll be able to get some $ back, that's always helpful. The 2nd suggestion I have, and this based purely on my own opinion and personal experience, make a new consult with NWW as since their opening have ALWAYS come through for me. I know you don't want to go the new consult route, but being that you're getting the runaround from the other op it's probably your best bet. With them, they will send your meds 1 time,they do offer overnight shipping(so you can have your meds by Friday) and than you have to fax your med records in order to receive your refills. I started using them when I basically went through the same situation as yours and absolutely love them, and their customer service is wonderful. The consult itself is quick and painless, the Dr always calls within the hour that you are scheduled for. They actually do answer the phones when you call and actually do respond to emails when they are sent and go out of their way to help you out.

Thanks! Actually, in the last year, used Evmg before, as well as YOD. Made a switch about 6 months ago to this service.
So, am weighing YOD and EVMG. Waiting to hear---pharmasist is trying to concact the Dr.'s PA, before I schedule elsewhere.
Actually, have been here on the OP's world for over a year, and this is the first time I have been burned out of anything.
Fortunately, small amount of $$ involved, just didn't get my refills!
Did get one order fine.

My cousin used that Dr. through DoctorsForPatients.com recently and was not very pleased with them. After filling the questionaire, faxing records, and they charging him, he said it took over a week for them to even contact him, and when they finally contacted him it was at around 9:00 at night he said.
