This sounds like a great OP. All positive posts. Does anyone know what pharmacy they use. Appreciate you're time.

It is not a good OP.
Although I started this thread, it was a long time ago. I have had to JUMP THROUGH HOOPS to get any refills.
EPHY is the worst OP out there.
From personal experience, go with Fedexmeds, easternvalleymedicalgroup, netpain, or youronlinedoctor.
You couldn't pay me to use these people again.

12/10/03 Requested consult and faxed records (PM)
12/11/03 Consult with Dr (AM)
12/12/03 Spoke with Pharmacy to verify info
12/13/03 Meds arrived all accounted for (AM)
I am very pleased with Ephy, I have not had any of the problems that have been mentioned. Everyone at Ephy has been prompt and very helpful including the Dr.

My wife has been trying for over a month to get a consult, no answers to emails, phone calls unreturned, I agree with the poster above, they have gone from one of the best to the worst!!

I must agree. In November I was shorted 7 xanax - this month, shorted EIGHTEEN pain meds AND 2 xanax. And the first month, they only sent one bottle instead of both of my med bottles. Every month, *something* with this pharmacy.
I'm telling you guys...COUNT your pills when it comes to this pharmacy. And if you report it, see if the pharmacy decides to screw you even MORE the next month. There may be a pattern here, or else someone in the pharmacy is a junkie and a thief. If it can happen to me twice in 2 months, watch your OWN scripts in case it happens to you.
I wouldn't want it to. We danged well pay ENOUGH as it is when we can barely afford the pain relief we need so desperately, and to get ripped off so blatantly. GRRRR

Ephy started out good. When they had Dr. D doing their consults, you could get your meds the next day no problem.
But the $45 consult was a stupid idea on their part because it made them take on waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too many customers than they could handle. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone, their pharmacy sucks, and I have never been given the correct tracking number.
If you are going to offer discounts, be prepared to handle the huge volume that will create.
I don't know anything about their new doctor, though, but how unprofessional their pharmacy and staff is, I can't see using them again. The $60-70 savings is not worth it, I'd rather go with an experienced company who can handle their customer load.

I sure don't understand why you all complain so much. Ephy is a great company. Every time I talk to someone at customer service, they are friendly, courteous, compassionate, and helpful; however, I treat them the same way I expect to be treated. I don't call them up demanding things and being rude. I'm sure if that's the way you act towards them then that's the way they treat you.
I have had two consults with them with very little trouble. I always count my meds as soon as they arrive and have never been shorted even one pill. I always get a tracking number emailed to me the night the meds are shipped out.
I'm not saying they are perfect, but neither am I or anyone else. They are honest and do there best to help you in every way they can.
I have used several different OPs in the past and I like Ephy better than any other OP I have used.
Hmm, lets see:
$45 consult fee @ Ephy/ $120 consult fee @ FedEx Meds
23 days between refills Ephy/ 25 days @ FedEx Meds
FedEx shipping @ Ephy/ UPS shipping @ FedEx Meds
Toll free cust svc # @ Ephy/ No phone # @ FedEx meds
Ephy's pharmacy answers phone/ TDI never answers the phone
Ephy sends everything c.o.d./ FedEx meds prepay for consult
I don't know what facts you are looking at but these seem to point towards Ephy as being more friendly towards their customers. But just look at the facts and judge for yourself.
