Here's a question I hope someone can help answer. I was scheduled for a dr. consult on Nov.2, dr. never called. Never heard anything. Then out of the blue, Dec 3 I receive an email saying dr. consult scheduled for Dec 3 2:00 eastern time. Again, no one called. Today I receive my credit card statement and I was charge $55.00 for a dr. consult way back on Nov.2. Can I do a charge back? and How? Again I called Online Meds. and receive nothing.
Hey puppet. Yes, you can and SHOULD do a chargeback. You will have to contact your CC company or your bank and they will send you some paperwork to fill out for the fraudulent charge. You were charged for services which were never recieved and you need to dispute this. I had the same problem with OnlineMedications.Net a couple months ago. They are scammers! Please don't use them...ANYONE. Just get it done asap. It will be pretty painless, except for that stupid $55 charge (until that chargeback goes through). I hope it all works out for you.
Take care,
LordBradass

I have used them in the past and was satisfied with the service. When did they turn bad?
Who really knows? The OP business is pretty unstable for the most part. Even the premier OP's such as YOD and NWW have had their fair share of problems in the past. Maybe OnlineMedications will come back running smooth in the future. Who really knows?
