When ordering from biotran, a few tips:

1) Follow his system precisely. After you airmail the order form to the address he's given you in an email, always include your name and full address in any subsequent emails to him, or you may have him yell at you to do so before he answers any questions.
2)Be polite, to the point, and don't ask any more questions than is necessary and keep the questions focused on ordering his products or his system. If you're a bit confused about his method, just ask for further instructions.
3)When you receive your sample, send him the cash and don't delay. You might want to get a small supply of greeting cards for mailing and tape the envelope. It doesn't hurt to let him know you've received the order in good condition and give him a little praise for the freshness, quality (which is good) and his secure, discreet packaging.

He can be a bit snappy with his customers, but if you follow the tips above you "should" have a better experience.
Good luck!

I agree with your suggestions, Moonrayz; but would add that his "process" seems to change slightly from time to time and he will yell at you IN ALL CAPS, if you haven't read his mind. E.g. he now wants and email before you send an order, then he will make an "irrelevant" reply in all caps. His turn-around time for delivery has stretched from about two weeks to three weeks - too much business? post office slowing down?? Still all in all and excellent IOP!

thanks for the info. i've ordered from him before but it was when he first appeared on the scene and his methods were different then. i think i'm considered a over-3-month customer and, actually, i've never received my goods before payment. i've always included my payment with the order form. again, i started using him before the get them, pay later business. i've always been very careful about how i word things in my emails and i always thanked him after i got an order. he delivers so i definitely want to stay in his good graces.

Speculation From the Biotran quotes I've read I don't think he is a native English speaker and probably poorly educated on the philological end of things. He obviously does well with numbers, keeping his books, and such. I'm not suggesting he's stupid. But people who are not internet literate and/or do not know how to type tend to type in all caps. And people who do not know English very well often come off as brusque. His method is very simple. I bet what slows him down is having to do explaining and having to deal with improperly placed orders.

I have always followed his instructions (often odd) to the tee. I am now one of those past the three month mark.

Still he keeps everything running smooth as silk. It's just simply, his way or no way.

AS far as I'm concerned since both sides are getting what they want I don't see what the big commotion is. If you don't like his methods , then don't deal with him.

Personally, he has never failed me. He is discreet, fast, and as friendly as I need him to be.

This is very true. One example... my father does not speak english all that well, and he usually has me correct his emails, etc. He is not a rude man, but I am frequently shaking my head at how rude he can come off sounding in his correspondence. It's not intentional, but I can see how someone could take offense.

As an aside, I used to correct his papers when he was taking classes at Catholic U. What a friggin mess, I literally ended up with headaches and felt like I had incurred brain damage by the time I was done.

so what sort of shipping cost is there? And i emailed him about his webpage not having working links aside from 2 or 3, but anyone know his pricing on muscle relaxants? His ultram prices are a bit too steep for me, but I like his codine prices

I made an order for a free sample from them, the response was very quick. Everything came in foil packs as perduretas codeina. Also a nice guy through email.

Anyone happen to know the name of the guy at Biotran? I've been doing business with him for a while now and never know how to address my emails to him other than "Dear Biotran"! I'm on order #4 now and he has been very receptive in our communications. I always let him know that an order is being mailed or that a payment is on its way. I also email him when an order has been received. If I knew his name, it might make my emails to him a little more personal...

I am glad you had a good experience with him. I placed an order, so I thought, aboout 2 months ago. Three weeks ago, after my repeated emails to him, he said my order had been shipped. The latest is that I got an email over the weekend saying he never received my order and won't be taking orders until after January. Even for a free sample: I GIVE UP!!!!

Biotran is the best IOP out there. He really is a great guy, he's precise, he's honest, he's discreet, his products are excellent. What more can you ask for? I would not consider any other IOP than him.

No explicit details please, but does this guy package well?

I assume that customs wouldn't be likely to pursue someone for 20 codeisan... but codeine is technically schedule 3 (for pills with less than 90mg)

thanks.

Chris
