Maybe I'm just stupid, but I can't seem to successfully place an order with Biotran. I have sent two emails requesting "samples". My emails were ignored.
I reread the site and an order form was mentioned. Where is it or do I create my own? Would it be better to call this guy?
Just call me confused

You're not alone. I sent an email request for a sample and....no response. I waited and finally sent him an email stating what sample I wanted and asked what I needed to do. Result...,nothing. I don't have a clue. Others have posted that they are having great success with him, but that doesn't help us. By the way, I was very polite and to the point.

You have to print out the form from his site, fill it out, and then mail it to him.

I also sent a request for a sample last week and the response I got from them was that they are not taking any new customers until 2004 and to check back then.

this fellow places alot of trust with customers. Customers also place trust in biotran. It's a very unique service in this day and age. Worth a wait to see if client opportunities open up in the new year. It's actually rather heartwarming for me to read of very few problems and / or satisfaction with the service.

hello! this is my first post and i would just like to thank all the members of this amazing site for all the great info. My question is, biotran isn't taking any more clients till' 2004, is there anyway to ensure a spot when he starts back up? I read that you can send the order form now but won't get the sample untill jan. does this mean the people who send the form now will get a spot reserved???? he just told me to contact him in 2004 thanx guys (im just learning but will help when i can)

Sorry to repeat myself, I have posted negative about him before, but he really irritated me. It's been a while since I have posted regarding him & he is a picky pain in the butt. I followed his rules to a T & got nothing. Look up my posts & you can see my entire experience with him. He can be a nasty rude guy. I know there are people here that have had success with him, but he was never anything but rude to me & never delivered.

FYI we cannot order codeine products domestically.
You live in Canada and you think the US drug laws make more sense than yours? That's a first! Half the US population wants to buy their prescription meds over-the-border in Canada, and the other half wants to buy them over-the-border in Mexico!
The only things I ever got from Biotran were Codeisan and Perduretas, both of which are widely available from other IOP's, and I doubt any of them are refusing to ship to Canada.
I gave up on Biotran because (in my case) he is painfully slow to ship. I don't care how cheap it seems, if it takes 2 and a half months for 5 lousy Codeisan to show up in the mail I'd rather not wait. I'd be happy to pay (a little) more from pharma24.cc for instance.
And anyway can't you buy codeine OTC in Canada? Ever heard of Nurofen-plus?

i'm with you suzie. he needs a lesson in public relations. I actually called him yesterday and we chatted for about 10 min. I don't think I'll do business with him. One thing I can tell you is that "free" to him really means more like "fronting" if you know what I mean. In other words, his samples he sends "free" he fully expects you to pay for. Wwhen I explained to him that "free" to me means "gratis", "no charge" etc. he said no "free" just means that he does not require the money first, that he sends the samples without first getting any funds, but that once you get the samples and decide you like them and want to continue on then you he fully expects you to pay him for the "free" samples. Another thing that came out during our talk was that he does not keep very good records and has a hard time counting. He sent me 20 of an item but says he sent me 40. so he says I owe him for 40, yet I only got 20. It's just too much for me. I'm honest ya know, I'm not gonna screw anybody on that you can count my word is my oath and I mean that, the jest of it is, he needs to work out some bugs on his processing and also spend some time with a dictionary to find out what "free" means.

Oh, k.p., I feel your pain. Here I thought it was easier for YOU to get prescriptions. I agree with potatoboy. You may want to try pharm88. Just study the boards. You'll find a good IOP.

thanx alot guys, I feel like I am getting somewhere now .
and yes it is true that (in the toronto area at least) I can buy T1's
anytime(about $3.99/100) and do on a regular basis, but Iv had it with
the asa and the caffeine! To get a decent amount of codeine(using cold water extraction) you consume around 4 cups
of coffee each time. Not good at night, not to mention the mess).
You see this is what makes no sense to me. We can buy T1's when ever we want, but to ever have a doc.ever write you a script for any decent pain meds.. pfffft forget it, especially at my age. Trust me I am pretty sure our docs. are even worse than yours (we don't pay when we go so I think they feel less obligated to write scripts). Last time I went he gave me the , "oh your taking T1's oh.... ok just keep taking those and have a warm bath, have a nice day. Ya... thanx alot tell that to my liver!

Biotran has always been great, excellent products, discreet, a nice guy... I would never consider another IOP.
