I really hate to start another NWW thread, but I can't find an answer to my question anywhere. At their website, when I sign on under members, it says I have 2 REFILLS remaining, next one is due on 12/13/2003! But I can't find a screen or button that let's me re-order. Will it magically appear on the 13th or am I missing something here. By the way, they won't return emails or answer their phones. How ironic!!! A little help please. Thanks in advance and please don't flame me for starting yet another NWW thread.

Yes, a refill button will appear on your refill date. My refill date was today. Thats how I know!

Really....I had no idea they were that technologically advanced. I also had no idea that the word I just used was in my vocabulary. Now I should delete this post before I begin to bake from all the flamers for starting another NWW thread. Thanks Angelic, for your swift reply.

My refill used to say due the 12th, then it changed to the 13th, so I called NWW a bit ago and asked if they could ship it out today to be received tomorrow this one time. Angela said that the system is still messed up and my refill isn't technically due until the 14th (25 days). SO she said I could order it on the sytem tomorrow, and it will be shipped on Monday. I didn't have a problem getting thru to them on phone. Today is my birthday and was really hoping to have a pain free w/e. Oh well, should have planned better, I guess..

Happy Birthday, partymom. Just wanted to add that NWW's system isn't perfect. In my experience, it has been off by 1 day since they got this newfangled website. The day after it says you can do it is when the link works for me. It's almost as if NWW is trying tell you "psych! haha, thought you were getting your meds."

On the subject, one way to know for sure is that they will send you an email reminder on the day that your refill is due. Or, just check the website at 12:01am on the 13th and see if it's up. I am pretty sure it's always 25 days from your last fill, though.
PS...Happy B-day Partymom! Hope your weekend goes somewhat smooth, at least.

Has anyone had luck calling St Peter's on their refill date?
Do they even answer their phones or do you HAVE to go through the website to do your refill? My refill says it is due on the 14th, but I'm afraid come the 14th it will move up to the 15th...
What do you guys think?

while there is another post...I will stick with it.....I noticed pepole say befro.theat NWW hold your refills until you send you recordxs in.......Well my question is how do you know itts on hol, cause I sent my records in but yet I think they are in the hold period????I think.....but I relaly dont know thats why I am asking...??? But on my members page it does say two refills remaining....and the date...???.....so are these on hold or no...anyone who has had NWW hold there scrpit till records were produced please let me know what your members page said.....thanks in advance,,,Blazin

Why don't you call or email them and ask them if the records fax came through OK? As far as I know it won't mention whether they have received records or not on your member page. And yes, the refill button does not work until the date of your refill. Also - be careful all - their computer system for some reason calculates everyones refill dates one day early, so it is most likely that you can refill the day after the day shown on the website.
The best thing to do is count the days yourself. You can refill 25 days after the initial fill. This does not mean 25 days FROM the fill date. It is 25 days from the day you receive meds (usually the day after the original fill date) - The meds (if a 30 day supply - as written on Rx) - are supposed to last at least 25 days, and then you can order the refill. So you have 25 days from fill date that the meds are to last you, and then the next day you can re-fill.
So technically it is 25 days from the day you receive your meds (if you used overnite) - There Site, however, is showing the date as 25 days from fill date, so technically that date showing is one day early. Trust me - take my word on this. I ended up with a medless weekend a few months ago when I was using them, because I took the computers' word for it, and expected meds that date.
Don't let that happen!  Keep your OWN records, and on day 25 of having your prescription in hand, (technically 26 days from day processed/shipped) - you can refill.
Count on it. I called C/S and verified this info as well. They said the website is showing ALL patients' refill dates as one day too early. So plan ahead and don't get stuck. P.S - they also said they are gonna fix this problem soon, they need to.

Thanks guys, for the "Happy Birthdays". I feel so old (32). Anyway, just happened to look at the NWW site and it said I have a refill available now. Guess it is just after midnight EST so I went ahead and placed my order. Wish they would fix their system because my date used to say the 12th, then the 13th, but she told me today it really isn't due until the 14th. Thanks again!

A late happy birthday to you partymom! Did you all see the post NWW made on the VIP board? It was very informative and listed all of the changes they are going through and actual dates of phone system changes, computer changes, etc. and of course apologies for all the "glitches." I do think they are working them out and I think they are under new management?

I think tha their under new management also because since July all my scripts from them have been written by "Super Doc" (Dr. I). My latest consult I actually talked to Dr, not a PA and the script was written by that Dr. I think that NWW is working really hard to keep in line with all the new laws and guidlines regaurding ops and are just having some "growing pains", but bottom line is that in the end they have always come through for me. Just my .02

The last date I received meds was on 11/17 and I just wen to the web site and it said I could order my refill yesterday on the 12th. I don't know how long it has been saying I could get my refill because I did not get an email saying I was due for one. Then I clicked and ordered the refill late at about 3:30 PM and still recieved mine today Saturday. I don't even think I was charged for a Saturday delivery I did not ask for one I just asked for overnight delivery. I guess I better check that because have you noticed how high the shipping prices are. That is one thing I do not like. How could they possible charge over 50.00 for Saturday delivery and 40.00 for priority just to receive your meds before 12.00 PM I think the shipping charges are ridiculous. It would make the price for your meds about like if you ordered from some of the old no record sites.

I agree. They are a top notch op, but the shipping prices are way out of conrol. Saturday shipping actually costs more than one of the 2 meds I always order from them. The bottom line is it always comes down to money and how to make more. Definately check your statement as I am pretty sure you were charged the Saturday rate.

How do you handle if NWW wants to call for a cosult in the aferneen, but your not home from work that early. Are they flexible? Thanks

I have to say that my personal experience with them is incredible. I have received all of my refills without any problems. When I wasn't sure myself how to order a refill, I accidently ordered another consult. When they called for the consult the next day, it was all cleared up and they shipped the refill that day. They also credited my card right away. Angela is very nice. In addition, for some reason, I have never had to fax my records to get my refills - although I was always prepared to do it. I have more than enough to substantiate my health problems. Last month they were one day off on their site - meaning that when my refill was actually due was one day off from the date on the site. As soon as a refill is ready, you can order. Last month I got an e-mail. This month I didn't. I have got to say that this has been my best OP experience so far.

I told you to start a new thread for people who just don't get it. And for all the flamers out there, yes, I agree this is a board to share experiences and ideas, but why sink the ship in the process. Oh, and by the way Brian, you F-ing crack me up when you make comments like that, unfortunately, there has been way too many of them in the last few weeks, even though I do get a good laugh out of your replies. I'm sure it was an oversight on their part - I've used NWW twice & have had to fax my records & ID both times.
