I'm happy everyone seems to have gotten their meds. I read on another thread someone else recieved their meds via fedex from a Flordia Pharmacy. I have no idea what's going on. Lakeridge isn't even sending the same generic brand....very wierd. The other strange thing is my mom's staus still hasn't changed on the aaamedsww website. The first page still says "medication payment processed" and the second one you go into still says "in shipping". I am in no way complaining. I'm just surprised about actually getting my mom getting her meds. Well, I sincerly hope everyone keeps getting their meds and aaamedsww keeps doing righ by their customers. I really think that they are trying. And I know Barry is still answering PM's because I PM'd him for my mom and he responded...granted it took a couple days, but he did get back to me. Good luck to all

The only time I ever had a problem with AAAmedsworldwide was when their problems first began. That was with my first refill back in October. Since then, everything has been processed and sent. I learned from my experience in October to just be patient and leave Barry and his staff alone to do their work. Yeah, it may not show up exactly on the day and time that I want or need them, but they do show up.

My experience with my last refill, this month:

12/06 - received e-mail that script will be processed on 12/09

12/09 - received e-mail stating that refill has been
shipped along with tracking number. As of now, the
tracking number doesn't show up in Fedex system,
but that doesn't mean that it isn't waiting to be
picked up by Fedex.

Remember patience is a virgin, er, I mean virtue; and I believe that the less I bother them, the smoother things seem to go, and the less stress on me. So I must say, that all in all, after a year of doing business with Barry, I've only had that one small problem which was taken care of promptly by Barry. It's too bad that they are no longer accepting consults, because if they did, then I would continue to stay with them.

Moonbeam - I can appreciate your comments, however, if you don't mind, I'd like to respond. These are just my thoughts and they certainly aren't in any way intended to be mean or argumentative so please don't take it that way. You say that we should be patient and just wait - everything will work out. It seems to me, though, that when you had your 1 problem with them you also contacted Barry. So basically you did exactly what everyone else did but you happened to get yours resolved on the first try. I know that personally, I didn't call Barry, I just e-mailed him and waited for a response. I didn't keep calling. Plus, I would think he would want to know about how his pharmacies are performing. On Barry's end, there have never been any problems for me. Also, isn't that what Barry is there for - Customer Service? I know he owns the company, but he always seems happy to help and is always pleasant in his responses. OK, enough of that. I'm glad that you have had great experiences with them. I have also in the past. I'm sure they are extremely busy and are doing the best they can. So, after all of that, I really hope you don't take offense to my comments. I just wanted to respond, like you did, with my own thoughts. No hard feelings??

BTW, I also wanted to say that even Barry says that Lakeridge really isn't going to help because they aren't Customer Service. So, really, our only hope is Barry or someone in their customer service department.

I agree Harry Barry is going and doing his very bast at helping EVERYONE out here. And unfortunatelly, he does not have control of the Lakeridge and what they do or say.

He is trying his best to work with so many people. That is a class act man. Please give him the credit and the respect that he deserves! Once you get your refill, think, and keep in mind that Barry did help it get through to you if you contacted him.
I personally make sure to Thank him everytime. That is how I was brought up. I appreciate and show it for anything that is being done for me out of caring and kindness.

I have been with this company for a year and will never leave! They and Barry have yet to let me down, yes there have been mix up's. BUT they have all been resolved. At that note, that is why I am saying this. I do not want to offend anyone, but I think that not enough people appreciate Barry's help when he gives it out.

Just like Harry and a few others, I do not mean to offend anybody at all. Please do not take it that way!

Here's my question...are most people getting tracking info emails, even though the profile doesn't change?

It's hard to know when to plan when you hear "It'll be there by thursday at the latest, and then it doesn't show up and you hear
"It'll be there by friday at the latest" (or insert next date). I'm able to be be patient, especially since it seems to be the pharmacy that is backed up, but I REALLY need to know when it's going to get here.

I don't know what to say to those of you who are having problems. Mine came today via Fedex this morning before 10am. PM me and I'll let you know the doctor's name and the pharmacy where they were sent from. Each one of my refills came from a different pharmacy, so I don't know what the deal is with that. I'm just extremely grateful (or maybe it's just pure luck) that I got them at all. I pray that everything works out for the others who are waiting. Maybe they are having a hard time keeping a pharmacy. Who knows?

It would be nice if Barry would post if there are any expected delays so that everyone here would at least know what and when to expect things. It would cut down on the time that they spend on the phones and answering pm's, and it would help alleviate the anxiety of many who have been waiting long past their due date. Like the rest of you, I can't just sit around my house day after day waiting on the delivery without any word as to when it will show up.

I didn't take what you said as an insult at all. I just feel really bad when it seems like some people get exceptional service and others are left out in the dark. I guess there's just no rhyme or reason to it.

What day did your refill get processed and did you get a tracking number the night before.

As far and the pharmacy it came from, why not just post the information? Just curious...

It was processed yesterday (12/10), I received a tracking number about noon yesterday when they processed it, but it didn't show up in the fedex system until about 9pm. I got it this morning.

Is it allowable to post Dr. and Pharmacy information?
