Hi,
I am new to this board and have been searching around and reading several threads. I have chronic back pain, especially during these winter months, and am looking to try this whole online OP thing for the 1st time. My plan was to go with ephy.com because they seem to be the cheapest, and cheapness is what I need.
I am wondering...what kind of medical records suffice? How new do they have to be? I have my aftercare records from my doctor that date back from May 29th 2002 - Oct. 23th 2002. Will these suit their needs for prescribing medication? Or do I need records from the hospital, aswell? I am also wondering what types of things they ask for during the phone consultation? Just so I kinda have a "heads up" and know what to expect.
Depending on what service you are using, records (at least for the Fl. op's) have to be within one year.
Yours would be over that.
As far as what they need, something showing your vitals, weight, medical conditions, bp, meds you are taking, and hopefully referring to the condition for which you are seeking meds.
