...I haven't used them in a few months, but they always use to answer the phone promptly; however, they have never been very friendly or helpful to me on the phone.
St. Pete's is very difficult to get on the phone. I haven't used them either in a few months, but the couple times that I had to call them it was always busy. You have to just lay on the redial button for a half hour to get through to them, but they are quite friendly and helpful if you can get through.
