I have used them in the past, and in the interest of finding out WTH was going on,spoke to a CS rep. yesterday and told them they are starting to get some bad press and I may not do my next consult with them(tryin' to milk here)She explained that they are in the process of upgrading, hiring new staff, automating systems and so on......she sounded very sincere.....we shall see.
I would have thought that they would have done those things by now, they aren't that new.Could be an onslaught of new customers tho'......seeing as the state of things in this realm has changed drastically.I for one am willing to let them make good.....or give'em extra rope.
Peace EZ

I know this is off topic from the above posts, but I have a Question about NWW. I have severe back pain with records, mri's, etc. But my pcp refuses to prescribe antthing more than 7.5/750 with 30 somas. I feel that I need a 10 mg hydro product(I've been on the 7.5's for almost a year and they just don't really work anymore, the soma I take before bed helps and i don't want anymore than 30 a month anyway, but my question is will NWW give me a 10 mg hydro product even though my pcp only will give me the 7.5's. I of course would only take the hydro from either my pcp or NWW, not both places. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated(sp?)
Yes they will. As a matter of fact I also received 60 10mg valiums, and my records never indicated that I took them. Also my records stated that I was treated with 5/500 hydro. And I got 90 10/500 from NWW.And 2 refills. To make a long story short. The Dr. asked what I wanted and I told her and no problems. Good luck.
