ImportedDrugs.com is no longer the good company they once were. My friend never received her order. After 4 weeks they started ignoring her e-mail. She faxed several inquirys as well. No response. No excuses, no promises, no explanations. Just the old brush off. The silent treatment. If there was a seizure or it was lost in shipping they should know it because they use a courier and Airborne express. There delivery guarantee is worthless. At 8 weeks and with no contact for a month she initiated a chargeback on her credit card and it looks as if she will get her money back. It was a large order. She even gave them fair warning and a last chance to resolve the problem either through refund or shipping the order, before she initiated the chargeback. Silence from them. This was always such a good company in the past but they are no longer the same. Stay away. I feel bad because it was my recommendation that caused this headache for my friend in the first place.

I don't understand these guys. I have ordered from them 6 times before with great, fast service. Despite the negatives I was reading on the boards, I placed an order mid-November. They wasted no time in charging my card; but, no delivery, no answer to emails, nothing this time. I will post as soon as I have any news one way or the other.

I hate them, I hate them , I hate them, I hate them, I hate them......... well as a company anyway. I am sure peoples mothers work there and I can't hate everyone there. But ....... I hate them and I am supposed to get my order tomorrow!........hassle after hassle........... woa...... got some string cheese incident playing real loud,,,,,, like 400 watts or so.......... best drug in the world........good pain killer too!.............sheet I am all calm now......... who was I hating?....... aw screw it doesnt matter........ maybe some Frank Zappa should be next.......

No questions asked chargebacks. ID wants to screw and lie to us???? I don't think so. Perhaps they will get the hint that a $3o shiping fee means logging on to the computer and at LEAST telling us what's up.
FYI: This is MY opinion. Some peole get their order in the usual 15 days; others 30+ days and counting. Best if kept off the board poor.

I received this email reply today:
Thank you for the message. The package is in TRANSIT and you will receive it in a few days time. Dr. Wickremasinghe. Wicks Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd.
So...I am cautiously optimistic that they will get their stuff together again. To twist a verse, "When they were good, they were very, very good; but when they were bad,...?"

Well, here is my CURRENT experience. I placed a first-time order on November 17, 2003. I received an e-mail stating that my package had "been shipped" on the afternoon of November 19, 2003. I was told that delivery would be in approximately 14 days and that I should contact the pharmacy if I did not receive my package within that time frame. On December 4, 2003 I e-mailed the pharmacy and stated that I had not received the package. I received a reply with the shipper's tracking information which stated that my package was "in transit." So, since I felt that the information "in transit" was not detailed enough, I actually placed a long-distance call on December 8, 2003 to the shipper's U.S. offices and asked about my package. I was told that the tracking information on their own website was "erroneous" and that, in fact, as of December 8, 2003, my package had "NOT EVEN LEFT INDIA!!!" Needless to say, this information was very distressing. I immediately e-mailed the pharmacy and I received a reply today which is EXACTLY the same reply Peanutgallery received. This is NOT acceptable service! I also got an additional comment in the e-mail I received that stated that there were delays because of "U.S. customs inspecting 100% of packages." This was not even relevant to the cause of the delay I am experiencing because, according to the pharmacy's own shipping service, the package hasn't even left India yet! Remember...??!!! So, I feel that I am definitely being given the "runaround," and I am not sure where the blame lies. Is it the pharmacy, the shipping service they use, or both entities? At any rate, as of December 9, 2003, I have not received the order I placed on November 17, 2003.

in the future you may not want to list courier services. There are very few IOPs that can still get away with this, and abpout a year ago there was a big crack down on airborn and others who were transporting these goods.
Im not real sure where your problems exist, but my feeling is that courier services that are accepting parcels w/controlled substances dont need any extra attention.
Just a thought you could always use the edit button to remove the courier names.
Side note in the past Cp would delay sending parcels because someone at New Delhi shipping was telling curepharma to wait on sending the parcels, because customs had been hanging out at their office in New York. When the threat had passed someone would tell Curepharma, alls clear, and start sending those parcels. Of course there could be a million reasons. It might be the reverse and Indian customs might be hanging out at the courier you stated that ships from India.

Thank you for your response, drewsmerdel. I edited my post as you suggested-simply not to give out "too much information." I didn't edit because I was ordering controlled substances-because I am not!! I simply ordered diabetes and blood pressure medication (for which I have prescriptions) which cost about 60% less (even with the shipping charge added) from this IOP than from my local pharmacies! Since I don't have health insurance, I have to take advantage of good prescription bargains! But, the service I have received so far from this IOP is definitely not encouraging.
