Saw this on a different post. Seems to be the new website for USPharmacyRX. Look at the similarity in name! Anyways, supposedly they now require records, physical + photo ID. Wonder what the prices will look like, or if anyone will actually place an order w/them.
Anyways, here's the addy:

Checked the prices on hydro and they are the same as before! How the heck are they going to do business? Well, I know of one way, but I am not sure if they're gonna go that route. Will be interesting to watch as they come online in the near future.
Also, UnityRX is supposed to be taking consultations again today, Dec 1st. New rules apply w/them, as well.
"UnityRx is in the process of upgrading our system. In order to stay compliant with state and federal regulations, after December 1st, all patients will be required to have a physical exam on file. UnityRx is in the process of finalizing our new system which will allow patients to visit a local physician for the physical exam. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."
Same prices, though. How are they gonna do business? We shall see...

Sorry, mean to add this on to my last post:
Well, at least w/Unity, all you need is a physical exam + phone consult, no med records. All they have is 10/325's, generic or name brand, #30 or #60 count, only. For now...

According to an email they sent to past customers, usmedsrx.com is their first "sister site". The email also said they are still working on "re-engineering" USpharmacyrx.com - strange.
By the way Brian, the prices are not the same for hydro or other meds. They went up. So the higher prices, new records/physical requirements and their past history of very poor service would make me very hesitant to ever use these guys. There are many cheaper alternatives that have a long history of reliable service.
Here are 2 examples of the price increases:
e.g. Generic Norco 10/325 used to be $159 for 90 on uspharmacyrx and is $199 on the new sister site, usmedsrx. (both with free 3 day shipping).
e.g.2 Generic Xanax 2mg used to be $129 for 60 on uspharmacyrx and is $199 on usmedsrx.

Thanks for the correction on prices BlackCat! Never ordered Norco from them before, just the "blue babies." Looks like those have gone up, too. Wow.
So this is a sister site? Weird. Same layout as the other one. Won't let you place an order, so apparently it is not up and running yet.
There is no way anyone is going to use them, anyways. Maybe UnityRX, since all you need is a physical exam (although that ain't cheap, either)! #60 count though, especially at their prices...maybe in an extreme pinch.

I had 3 refills left from uspharmacy will they be honoring them? Just a question if anyone knows. If they do they will probably just charge the full price.

I doubt it, considering I had one refill left before they closed and that was denied by the dr, even though he had previously prescribed it. Guess he got really strict before they closed (maybe it was even a different dr.). But if you email them or call them to ask, and get a response, then they are already better than the old version. Let us know! Pinkie

Just kind of be careful what you put on your questionaire. I know someone who got turned down today. Im not sure as of right now what he told them was his medical problems or his level of pain, but I am supposed to find out. Just be careful....

Hmmm if you read the new rules on the site it sounds like they will send out the first time without med records. They do however want a faxed id and perhaps a phone consult...at least thats what it says ..who really knows.. anymore.
Also I emailed them about my refills that were left over from there old site ( uspharmacyrx.com ) and told them what the pharmacy told me that I'd have to get the refills from them... And that I SHOULD be able to get them as a Real Doctor wrote the script for 3 refills ... and they said sorry they dont offer refills anymore... and that I should try placing a new order on the new site. How I love being screwed like this.. but I guess thats what you get when you go with places like these.

Same acenario with me. Have 3 refills from the illustrious Universal, usmedsrx.com, told me to reorder. I told them to wipe my tail with them.----eddie

According to the new website:
Step 1 - Complete a medical questionnaire.
Step 2 - Fax to us a legible Drivers License or government photo ID. This will ensure that you are over 21 years old and able to accept orders.
Step 3 - Have a detailed telephone consultation with one of our physicians.
"Then, in order to receive future orders on USMedsRx.com, you MUST fax to us your medical history, which clearly supports the medical
condition(s)/complaint for which you are requesting medication; OR complete a Release of Medical Records Authorization, which permits your physician to send us your records on your behalf.
Your medical records MUST include a current (less than one year) physical exam."
So you can get meds the first time w/o records, then you need to have them for a refill. Hmm...I wonder if they will even call you for the consult. How many people got called by Unity & ERX in the past? You never know what is going to happen. Maybe a 1 shot deal for those of us w/no records. Still, better than nothing!
If anyone places an order successfully, pls let us know if someone calls you and what the procedure is generally like. I am very curious about them. I mean, higher prices & more requirements...don't see a lot of business coming to them in the future. Then again, BuyMeds is still going strong...
Thanks,
Brian

Anyone know which pharmacy they use? I have a consult this afternoon and was just curious as to what kind of service to expect.

Please let us know how the consult goes, if it is painless, interrogative, etc. Very anxious to see how they operate!
Thanks,
Brian

It amazes me that you would post this after slamming that poor lady on the other thread for practically posting the same information about another OP.

I was denied as well. Looks like this OP might as well shut their doors. For the prices they are charging, they can't afford to deny people and get bad feedback. Looks like you need to send records before the first consult unless you want to donate $25 for the consult.

Gatorade, did they deny you because you hadn't sent in records previously, or for the information that you had listed when filling out the forms??? Just curious. PM me if you get a chance. Thanks.

Got news for ya. It SPECIFICALLY STATES what is required on Unity's website. All I did was type the requirements to rec. meds. No secret info here, it's on the cover page of their freakin' website. There is a HUGE difference between posting an OP'S requirements that are SPECIFICALLY STATED on their website and blatantly shouting out that an OP "rarely ask for records" even though their website says that faxed med records are a requirment.Somehow, Unity is able to process orders with a faxed photo ID, faxed proof of physical exam AND a phone consultation. If this is how they are able to stay in business (for now), then more power to them. It makes it much easier for us w/no med records to obtain meds, since a physical is easily obtained. Not cheap, but do-able. All I did was state Unity's requirments. Nothing more, nothing less. You should really do your research and think before you post. You know, I try to help you people, and all you do is PM me and attack me on the boards. If "slamming someone" (in your words) will keep that certain person (and others who post recklessly) from posting this stuff in the future, than you better believe I will continue to do so.
