NWW used to be a favorite until they burned me by double-billing me over a year ago. I read here that the problem arose in spades last summer with some patients being charged 4-8 times.
With so many other reliable OP's out there, once I'm burned I'm not likely to go back.
Anybody? Bad billing experiences lately?

I've used NorcoWorldwide for over 2 years now and have a flawless record with them...never even one missing med, never been overcharged, never promised something and then it not been delivered, you get my point...NWW is the best in my book.

Other then some delivery issue's(I believe involved the pharm) all seems to be right, like I said....just with a couple of delays they are trying to straighten out.
If your looking for immediate service,there are a couple out there who are right on top of things at the moment....

I did some business w/ them for the first time a month or so ago and was very, very impressed. Billing was A-OK  Hopefully that problem you spoke of was just an isolated incident.

This is my first experience with them since AAAMedsworldwide went down.
This OP went so smoothly it was almost scary. Had Consult on Wed., meds in hand by Thursday, with 2 refills.
I had to mail them my medical records since their fax is impossible to get through to.
So far so good with this OP.

On the VIP side, there's actually a lot of negative feedback lately.
I myself was unfortunate to be one of those to be shafted by these folks. Here's a rundown of what happened:
Set up consult for 12/1. Forgot to mention VIP discount code on their form, asked if I could be reimbursed. Angela emails me with "sorry, it's too late to do anything about it now". Other VIP members tell me that they do send refund checks for the discount. One member was kind enough to email a copy of a message he had received from Natasha that same day, saying that he would be receiving a refund check. I emailed NWW about this and got a terse, rude repsonse. "I already answered your question before".
As for the consult on 12/1. Doc was supposed to call between 2-3 Eastern. NO call. Caller ID confirmed this. Finally about 5 PM Eastern, I send an angry email. A man calls me within 10 minutes, does a brief and disorganized consult. He asks if I want overnight shipping. I realize it is late in the day and question him if I'd actually get it. He says "yep, they'll be in hand tomorrow". So I say yes.
Next day, 12/2... rx not processed. 12/3... same thing. 12/4... I send an email to NWW that entails all the problems I've been having. No reply. 12/5 finally received meds. No reimbursement for VIP discount, and no refund for the overnight shipping, which took almost a week to get here.
I had only posted good feedback about NWW since I first started using them, but I was seriously PO'd this time around. I think I might cut all ties with NWW. Why put up w/ any B.S. when there are top notch operations like YOD, SWMG, and Fedxmeds.

Thank you for your post, Maria. I was just about to arrange a consult with them. I have had similar problems with other OP's, paying for overnight shipping and not getting the meds for almost a week. Now I order c.o.d. If the meds are late, I refuse to pay for 'overnight'. Of course that can result in running out of meds....
