Hi, I don't use Fedxmeds myself, but I do have to give you a thumps up  for informing your patients about your tech problems, Very professional and as stated above definately saved panic or fear. JMHO-

Lowly customer service rep, no way. You guys make all the difference in a business. Even if there are problems with the establishment, if the CS is good, the difficulties can be tolerated so much easier. I'm not a FedXMeds customer, but I can definantly appreciate your work!

I know your paycheck doesn't reflect the fact that you are more important than the owner, but you are. I wouldn't mention that fact to him/her however.

Thanks Russ for all of your hard work keeping us informed. You are amazing and I hope you are compensated for your efforts. I have a question for you...I know that Fedxmeds is operated out of the UK and most of your CS reps are working from there. My question is this...Are there any OP's that service people in Europe? I would think that it would be a good business oppotunity to have OP's for people on the other side of the pond. Do you know anything about this?

And NO you are not just a Lowly customer service rep, you are one that cares. This is from a fellow customer service rep that care's about their job and helping people instead of treating them like jerks.

This is BY FAR the best OP out there! I have always sung the praises of Fedexmeds,but I must do it again.I had a consult this morning as I lay in bed crippled and crying.Dr. called at the right time and asked me if I was OK.I told him that I am a banquet waitress for a busy restaurant and that I was just working alot of hours and was in pain because of bad sciatica and lumbar spasms.He was sooo awesome.After prescribing my meds,he gave me instructions on helping my back with certain home remedies and then told me to call him if I needed any help beyond that.This is the best OP out there in my opinion and has always been.I've strayed in the past for a better "deal",but I will never again.

The prices are not on their site, because they are not the pharmacy.... They are the consultation service. They use two pharmacies, United and TDI and you pick which you want to use when you sign up. You could do a search on this board , hit the search button and put in 'united prices' or 'tdi prices' and you are likely to come up with some posts where people have broken down the cost of consultation+medication. Most legitimate OP's do not list all their medicine prices. They are a consultation/doctor referral service only, you don't buy meds there. They fax your prescription to a regular pharmacy where it is filled and mailed to you. You would need to talk to the pharmacy about prices. You could do a search for the phone#'s for United and TDI, and then call them and ask about prices on specific meds before your consult to make sure you want to pay the prices they offer... Both TDI and United have reasonable prices, as I have done consultations for 3 years, and at one point or another, have had a prescription thru both of these pharmacies (not at the same time of course) - Anyway - the thing is, places like FedXMeds, YOD, they don't list their prices because that makes them appear to be the pharmacy, which makes them come off looking shady like buymeds or one of those 'point and order' type OP's.... This is a whole different thing. It is a REAL consultation service.. It is not an 'order off the menu' type of operation.

thanks---doctor called right on time and the pharmacy said my order was shipped. I know it went UPS to my business address but we will be closed Sat. afternoon----I assume UPS will try again Monday to get them to me

I have always like fedexmeds, and by far never given them enough praise for it. They get a perfect 10 in my book. But I do have one questions, I had been using United as a parm, and they are also great. But for some reason I can't get my package to track. Think this happened last month too, it just arived. Anyone have any idea how to track besides last name a zip? Any help would be appriciated
