Isn't it funny how all these OP's seem to forget the most simple and obvious things like sending out our meds, calling us for a consult, returning our emails and phone calls, and processing our orders. But ironically enough...THEY NEVER FORGET TO CHARGE US FOR IT!!! Has anyone ever "not" been billed? I don't mean billed 2 or 3 weeks late, I mean "never" billed? Of all the things these OP's forget to do, it's funny that they never forget that part! Sorry, I was just thinking out loud.

I was just thinking the same thing today. I have been burned three times in the last month with two OPs' and one IOP. They all sure did charge me right away. One even got the Doc to consult with me within the two days advertised but never submitted my Rx to the pharmacy (been two weeks on that one now)the one who never even made the consult is forcing me to try to dispute the charges now, not fun. The IOP is a tangled web. Forums like this are so valuable to us now with all the snakes out there.

I had an experience once with an op that was two days away from being shutdown. (unknown by them or me at the time so it was just luck). My order went through and the meds shipped and came but I noticed that the number on my card was wrong. I called them and told them that they had it wrong and that I hadn't been billed for my consult or meds and wanted to make sure it was right. They told me to call back the next day to talk to their accounting person. The next day they were shut down and the pharm sent my order twice. I have no idea how that happened but I had two months worth of meds that I needed at the time so I guess without intent I made out once when I can't imagine how many people got reemed by them when they went down.

well you can't do anything about the consult charges (probably ) but if the Dr didn't "treat" you and charged you.....go after him and please post to the board who it is.
What I have started doing is only dealing with OP's that ship COD. That way no meds no bread, and if its late and theres a fat juicey Saturday or priority overnight charge and that didnt happen you can email or call and ask them to adjust the COD due before you will accept. I got tried of paying with my CC for special handling and overnight, paying out the nose for it and getting the package 2.3..............4...............days later. Just try to get a charge back after you got the meds.

Hi Dasani-
I agree 1000%, yes it's not a typo:)I mean one thousand percent. I can't tell you how many times I've called the various ops I've dealt with in the past to "remind" them that I paid and was prescribed meds for my pain and anxiety.Talk about running up the phone bill!!!!!!Charging a card is something they'll NEVER forget. I have found though, that since switching permantly so far to NWW that I have not had 1 problem with them since July when I started using them. And for anxiety I have also had top notch class A service with Destinyrx. I'm not preaching or recomending, just stating my experience. I hope you good luck with ops and pain free and anxiety free to us all-
