When I used them, they were with Biwise. But that could change. Call and ask, they'll tell you. The DB Comprehensive List says they use TDI. TDI is expensive, so hopefully they are staying with Biwise. Let us know when you call, please.

Yep, they said it was Bi-Wise after I did a little coaxing. For some reson the girl who answered the phone did not want to tell me at first and said that they use a "couple" of pharmacies. When I asked if Bi-Wise was one of them she said yes. That made me feel a little aprehensive. Why would they keep the pharmacy a secret? Also, they now have a policy where after you recieve your meds they hold your refills until you have a medical questionare filled out by your doctor and the send it in. I don't know about you guys but the last person I would want to know that I am using OPs is my primary care physician and i just don't have the extra $100 to visit an urgent care center. So I guess I won't be using these guys.

I guess I am confused about the questionnaire thing. Is this in place of records? In my experience, I have always been required to provide records before the consult. Please clarify as I wonder if there are different policies for different docs or something.

No, the form is not to replace records. You have to have it filled out in addition to faxing in your medical records. They mail the form to you about 2 weeks after your consultation and expect you to have it in before your first refill. Go to medsforpain.com, this is their website, and read the bold print paragraphs at the bottom of the order form. This will explain it better than I can.
