I have records---but are they required. They appear to be pricey---especially if you have to get a exam at an additional $112.

You will have to fax a copy of your driver's license to them (or the doctor). They will not ask for records, but if you are not an existing customer (if this is your first order) then you will need to have that physical exam set up.
